I recently brought my car in for a recall and also to speak about a previous recall that was done on the gas tank because mine was leaking. The dealership said they would preform the one recall and look into the leaky gas tank. They said there mechanic diagnosed the issue as the entire tank needed to be replaced because the tank was bad, this being the issue for the original recall. Replacing the tank means the pumps and all internal components would need to be replaced as well quoted at over $3,000. Luckily I am an experience Harley Davidson Technician and was able to diagnosis the problem in 5 mins by pulling off the top retaining ring were the leak was to determine it was cracked. I have a temporary fix in place that has stopped the leaky tank and have the parts on order to fix it for less than $200 dollars. Be extremely careful if you are going here to get worked done. They will not sell you the small part that needs fixed they will try to sell you the entire component. They may even say they need replace the entire component that way they can warranty it. That is BS and that is there way to make more money and rip you off. This is no way to run a business!! Jaguar Customer Relations called me today about this. After voicing my concerns hopefully something is done.

After months of being in the market for a Jaguar F-Type, I had grown frustrated with the process of trying to buy a car. Sam then graciously spent a great deal of time with me going over the unbelievable features of the new vehicle. Red Noland Jaguar exceeded my expectations in every way imaginable. And I would recommend them to anyone.

I travel extensively and Jaguar Colorado Springs takes excellent care of my vehicle. They notify me of tech orders and applicable recalls, show me issues and plausible fixes and let me decide. If parts need ordering, they are quick to get them coming and schedule times for service that fit my hectic, unrealistic schedule and they still manage a smile and a joke to make my day. I usually need a vehicle whilst they work and they give me one right off the lot! 5 Star service without a doubt!

The service department is fantastic, Curtis Kincaid is the Service Consultant that handled my repairs, I was traveling through town when on a Saturday at noon my car needed a major repair, and Curtis Kincaid discussed the situation, set my expiations and then exceeded them. My worst case scenario turned in to the best scenario possible. I was fixed and on the road by late afternoon. Love it!

The new car sales team are great. But I had to wait for the mechanics "to finish up their lunch" and then wait for a NAPA parts truck, just to replace a front indicator lightbulb. $25.00 part(?) and waiting over an hour for a fteakin OEM light bulb? Seriously?
