Great car buying experience. I was a little concerned when I rolled up and saw location. I have never bought a vehicle from a small family owned business, I have always bought from big dealerships. The sales office is tucked back a bit in rows of offices for repair shops roofing companies ect. Upon entering office I noticed it was clean and I was immediately welcomed by Tim (owner). Tim took me in back of office and let me look at car .... Alone. He showed me where car was and left back into his office area, which was great no hovering or bugging and let me explore the vehicle. I noticed all the cars were clean and good looking vehicles. Not a single one had damage or major noticeable issues. I asked to go for test ride and Tim said lets go. I was looking at a Charger so we jumped in and went for a "sporty" ride. During the ride Tim said something important "we only sell cars that I would allow my family to buy." When he said it I actually believe him, it didnt come out like a goofy slogan or in-genuine. We arrived back at dealer and I met Steve (sales/finance). Steve was a fun guy to talk to and helped me out a lot with financing. I did not know my auto FICO score is different from regular FICO score which were about 50 points off. I use USAA and after I called them I almost just went home due to the rate. Steve said gimme a few minutes Ill get you there, he called and got me right at my budget and a rate nearly half that of USAA. Tim returned with A-Town pizza for whole building and I felt like a family member not a number in big dealer. First time ever I walked out of dealer feeling like I did not get hustled, cheated or swindled. I wish all my car buying experiences in the future are like this one. I will return in the future. Only, only, only negative is the location, a little construction in surrounding area and its industrial business buildings so you would never know its a dealer. Other than that it was a fantastic car buying experience and I actually liked everybody there. All welcoming, warm, genuinely nice good Christians and family oriented people. If you are reading this review than I bet you are interested in a car you saw online or their website. Go take a look you will not be disappointed! Absolutely 100% recommend to friends and family.

I have no words to express how awesome Steve and this dealership are. For one thing, I was looking for a vehicle and hadnt noticed their operating hours of business. Steve waited for my husband and me to come and test drive the car after hours, cutting into his Friday evening off, without even mentioning I was trying to look at cars after they closed. He was knowledgeable about his cars and very low pressure, and patient with our decision process. The day after having purchased the vehicle, we had a very unique situation, which most dealerships would have washed their hands of us and not helped at all. However, this dealership went above and beyond, bending over backwards to help us out of their pocket with our situation, and treated us like royalty. Im literally blown away by them. Everyone else we met there as a result, the office staff and other sales people were professional and so friendly as well. Dont be thrown off by the unique location; it is 100% worth the ethical, honest & way above average treatment you will receive. I will recommend them to all friends and family and return to them, should I ever need another vehicle. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts for running your business the way you do.

I was involved in a car accident week before last when my Toyota Tacoma was totaled out. One of my biggest stresses from the accident was finding an other vehicle to replace my beloved truck. I started looking around for an other Toyota Tacoma or 4Runner on the Internet when I found a 2014 Toyota 4Runner for sale that was in better shape and several years newer for the same price as several other 4Runners I was looking at. After talking to Tim the owner he promised me that the car deal was going to be as stress free as possible. He and his team went to work trying to get me the best financing deal possible. There was a hiccup with the first credit union they tried to set me up with (this was no fault of Gaylord leasing) but Ron spent a full day working tirelessly getting the problem fixed and in the end got everything taken care of. By far the best car shopping experience I have ever had I would highly recommend Gaylord leasing to anyone looking for a new car. Thank you guys I love the new 4Runner.

I spent a few hours discussing and looking at vehicles with Ron. I had very specific needs and wants. Ron took his time to listen and asked many questions about vehicle specifics and financial options for my family. He did not try to steer me or show me things that did not fit my specifications, and if he showed me a vehicle I didnt really care for he just went back to the drawing board to find something else. I was not in an immediate hurry to purchase a vehicle , but Ron really did his homework and was diligent in his search for the perfect car for my family and I. He found one quicker than I thought and it was a better vehicle than I imagined I could get for the price range I set for him. He saved me a ton of time in my very busy schedule by not having to go to all the dealerships. to look and haggling with prices. The final paperwork with him took no time at all and I was driving away in my new SUV. Thank you Ron and Gaylord Leasing.

I will try not to write a novel. Ill start with saying 5 stars is not enough to rate these guys (and gals)!!! Ive never had such an awesome experience buying a vehicle before. Im always on the offense ready to take control and make sure I get the deal or I walk. All they did was listen. We had such a great time as if I was talking to family and friends the whole time picking out my truck and working out the details. They worked with me the whole day as I kept wanting more and more for the truck, they made the calls, got me the discounts and just asked whats next and willing to get the job done just for me! We added all kinds of stuff, rims, tires, touchscreen navigation.... and with everything, it still came in under book! This should be the first place anyone should go to buy a vehicle! I would/will recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

I had contacted the dealership a couple weeks before I bought the vehicle. Steve was always really professional and didnt fed me a useless information in order to gain my business. Once I had arrived at Denver Airport, Steve was willing to pick up me and my family in the vehicle, and then stay late to do the paperwork. He was a huge help, and didnt try to pull any punches to make the deal.
