Horrible buy experience. Bought a 2007 BMW 335i from this dealership in March of 2012. Before buying the vehicle the dealership and myself wrote a list of problems down on a "We Owe" sheet. There were 5 problems on the sheet, Cracked Windshield, Scraped Paint, Seatbelt arms completely busted, Child car seat anchor cover busted, and one of the brake lights were out. Out of those 5 things only one of them got fixed by the dealership which was the most important, the Windshield. I fixed the brake light myself because when the Mexican Repairman at the dealership didnt know what he was doing. When I dropped off my car for my seat belt arms to get fixed, the gave me an old Ford Focus as a rental with about 90000 miles on it, Which died on me on the way to the springs. After 2 weeks i finally picked up my car because they said they needed to wait for the two seat belt arms to come in, So I picked it up. Both seat belt arms were still busted and didnt work properly, but the managers said the Mexican repair man did it himself. Being a BMW enthusiast I asked the repairman how he fixed it his reply was "I just slid the arms in to the correct place and they seated themselves". That is not the correct way to do it. You have to take off both panels in the back seat to correctly install the parts. I then asked the manager at the dealership where the parts came from and my jaw dropped when he said "We got the arms from a junkyard because the parts are to expensive and were not paying to have BMW install them". Here we are in March almost April of 2013 and my seat belt arms are still not working. If you read this please think about what you are getting into with this dealership. The managers change about every other month. They cant keep employees for anything.

Drove four hours already had financing. Salesman said everything would be ready when I arrived and my payment would be 550. That turned to 700 which then was 850. They got me a loan at 8% than ran my credit 8 more times and got one at 6% for 84 months. Since I am refinancing the house that hurt also because I had already secured a loan myself. Then after spending five hours there they still hadnt secured the better rate. I paid for a basically new stingray and after driving home to look at the Manual, I find there isnt one. Then I look for the tire jack just in case and thats missing too. Along with the cargo cover. They said they would mail them but its been 2 weeks so apparently me buying a 55000 dollar car from them and them sending a 35 dollar book that should of been there is ridiculous. And to top it all off they wanted a review but unbeknownst to them my phone was locked but the Salesman tried his hardest to give five stars by taking my phone to show me how to rate them but he just couldnt put five stars because the phone wouldnt let him. So know I will put the true review. Im hoping to contact chevy to see if I can get the equipment that was supposed to be with the car. **UPDATE** Im finally receiving the money that has been owed so Im grateful for that. It did take 12 weeks and Im waiting for the final check. I realize now that there is no jack but there was a lug wrench and license plate brackets and a manual. Ive purchased everything separately except the manual. The response to my review was they would send me one but still to this day Im without. I changed it to 2 stars from one due to the fact I did and will get the final check next week. Thanks Floor. Youre the best

I went into the dealership on Saturday just browsing for a car. Ended up finding a car I liked but had to settle for something else that was reasonable because Im still rebuilding my credit. Started the process with Ghandi? Im guessing his name is, he was very professional. No problem at all. Since I was unable to get financed for the first car a second car was picked out for me which happened to be a Kia Rio. Ghandi had to help other customers due to limited staff and Donnie helped assist me with test driving the Kia. First off the tires were bad and I had to press very hard on the breaks, it was also nasty inside. While expressing my concerns, Donnie still insisted several times that I should get the car because it was good on mileage! No thank you. I was about to leave the dealership because I couldnt find anything else and the manager happened to tell me an Avenger just came in. Okay that was perfect for my financial situation so I went along with it. Financing part went good. The tank was pretty much on e, I was told they didnt fill up the car after purchasing by Donnie. The car didnt smell the best and it wasnt cleaned and I was told the detailers werent there that day and to come back Monday. I drove off the lot with the car & noticed the breaks were bad and airbag light was on. I went back to the dealership and was told it would be fixed Monday. The car was taken back on Monday and I didnt get it back until Wednesday. Yet still it was not cleaned!! I cleaned it at home. Didnt want to keep begging to get it cleaned out. Just didnt understand the purpose of keeping it that long only to get the airbag light turned off and that was all done on Wednesday.

Well I thought I would read the reviews before we purchased and thank god I did. We found an Infinity QX56 listed on their website so decided to stop by and look at it before having to get my son from daycare, in order to rule it out or not. Loved their way it looked- had a younger gentleman come help us first and then and older guy "stole" us as we were actually sitting in the inside looking at details. I had told this older gentleman that we had to get my son but would be back to drive tonight and he said he needed our IDs first- which was fine. Gave him IDs, he copied them and gave them back to us and we assured him that we would be back tonight- out of respect for them to have enough time to get the car down from the racks. Well we got here at 730, expecting it to be down so that we could take a quick test drive and not keep them later than their closing time and we pull in- still on the racks. My husband walks in and NO ONE acknowledged him and he was ready to leave, so I walked in- and same thing, employees didnt even ask if I was helped yet so I was ready to leave. Finally found the guy and said it should hAve been down and waiting for us to drive and he said its their policy not to pull it down until the customer gets back... So we waited and got the stank eye from employees that had to do it 15 minutes before closing... "Hey! Not our fault! You could have had it ready like we all agreed on!" Oh well- customer experience alone drove us away- was a really great car but customers make first impressions within 7 seconds of walking in somewhere... They need to start there and looks like they need to be better in other important areas as well!
