Im not sure why so many people are tripping out on this place. The reviews have been pretty harsh. Your coming to this place cause you know your credit is bad. Your getting a used car! You get what you pay for. Just look over the car before you sign on the line. The staff is great! Go ask for CORY. He will help you to his fullest! And the sales manager; I wanna say her name is "Kia" but im sure im wrong. Was very nice to work with, she was friendly Like I knew her from some where before. I would of gave this place a FIVE star, but they didnt fill up the gas tank before I left. Other then that! Thank you Carhop for helping me get on the road to fixing my credit UPDATE 11/2/2015 I had a lot of problems with my first car, they MADE IT RIGHT and put me in a newer car with less miles! They ROCK! and on the plus side, my credit score has gone up! They are people of there words! Update 08/08/2017 Okay so two years later and I must say. This dealership has gone to Sh*t. It was coming time to start talking about a trade in. I was considering it and almost made the wrong choice. I went down and talked to Cory to see what was going on and see what deal he was able to work out. He came back and tried to show me a car two years older then what I was already currently in and with higher mileage. I’m not sure how that made any sense for them to do to me. Any ways I told them no to the two ugly cars they were trying to sell me. After I walked off the lot I got a call from the lady that works thier. She told me they would have a 2009 Chevy equinox on Tuesday. I never got a call to come back and check out the car. I had to keep calling and asking them, when I did they have no idea what I was talking about and keep making up lies about the car. The same Friday of that week I went down to make my payment and the car was in the lot. In plain site. When I asked the GM about it he was too busy having a “break” in the lot and completely ignored me. I finely had to walk up to him and ask him if that was the car they said they were going to keep for me and he lied and said that I needed to get off the lot that I was trespassing. The general manager is a jerk and has no right being in charge of that place. He is extremely rude. I have been a customer for 2 years! Always made my payment on time and in full! I will never do business with this place again.

I got my 2004 Chevy malibu in December & right from the beginning Ive had problems with it. The customer service is TERRIBLE at this location & the mechanics associated with car hop are horrible as well. A month after getting this car I had to take it to Sheridans to get some work done multiple times & every time I got the car back the issue would still be the same or something different would be wrong with it. Im not sure if they even knew what the problem was, when I got my car back each time the same exact thing would be wrong or it would run well temporarily & 2 days later go back to doing the same thing. About 5 months after getting my car the engine blew & Right after, the wheel bearing completely went out & although still under warranty, car hop wouldnt cover it. Aaron & the representatives at car hop are the most rude & unsympathetic people I have ever worked with. Car hop makes their warranty sound great but when it comes down to it they really wont cover much. Theyre excuse? "Well you bought the car in that condition." Its like this place doesnt even bother checking these cars before they sell them. If its not one thing, its another. Ive been paying over $8000 for a car thats really about half that price, if not less. Ive had such a bad experience with car hop & theyre mechanics I would NEVER suggest ANYONE buy a car from here, you will be disappointed. If I wouldve known it was going to be this much of a hassle working with this company I wouldve never got my car here. These people will tell you one thing & go back on theyre word like its nothing. Ive had to put my time & take money out of my pocket for things car hop should have been able to cover. & although Ive had to take this car into the shop multiple times for multiple days at a time youd think the least these people could do is give you a rental car or loaner to get to & from work while the cars in the shop but thats not possible either. Car hop doesnt even try to work with you. So unless you enjoy terrible customer service, people going back on their word, dishonest mechanics & spending a ton of money for a car that barely runs, I suggest finding a different dealership to find your next car, car hop Is just out to screw people over!

If you go to carhop go only to the Aurora store.. Its Worth the drive.. We started at the freely store we waited 2hours then they didnt have the car we needed and since it was closing time they said we had to come back, then said thy would put us in there car to go to the other carhops.. Then I started to look at the other carhops for cars that fit our criteria..because I didnt want to drive all the way to greely again to then drive to Colorado springs.(I live in Boulder). We drove to the Lakewood store and he only had 2 cars that had 4wheel drive with third row.. We told him about one suburban in Colorado springs and he said to go drive there, (in a very rude way) I was told that carhop lets you use there cars to go to other carhops, but this manger said he doesnt trade with other stores. So we had to drive to Colorado springs in our own car.. Then we get to Colorado springs carhop .. I talked with Anthony he got us in to a suburban and said is was 4 wheel drive, when we asked where the switch was to turn it on he then said it was all wheel drive.. Once we got home I had my mechanic look to see if it needed anything and he told us it was 2 wheel drive not 4wheel. So Anthony misinformed us to sell the vehicle. Which is what we needed... I called Monday morning at 10 when carhop opened. They said they would call me back. After 1 hour he said hed call me back in 30 min.. After 2more hours no call. I finally called the Aurora store to see if they could help me.. Sure enough I talked with JANINE, and she said to come down and they will help me get in to a 4wheel and 3rd row. . we was there for about one hour while they switched all the paper work over..CORY was very helpful, very informative and always letting us know what they where doing next and it would just be a few more mins.. Everyone else was super nice and helpful.. We are walking away VERY happy. The cars I think there are better choices too.. SO GO ONLY TO THE AURORA STORE! THEY ARE HELPFUL, INFORMATIVE AND THEY KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE.. I will be recommending this store to everyone I know.
