I had a rough experience with this dealership. In the end my wife wanted a certain color and type of car that they happened to have, so we tried our best to do business and ultimately did. However i was told my trade was worth 21k and they were willing to do me a favor and offer me 29k (My trade booked at 33k for trade value). After haggling like no other I got my trade to 32650. And we bought their car at full price. If I could have bought this same car anywhere else I would have however, to find the exact match was proving impossible. We sold our car to them at 32k. I will edit my post with the ammout they list it for. All n all it was an unpleasant trip to a group of shady individuals all saying there is no money left to move. We bout our car 3400 over market value. If I could have bought this from anyone else I would have chosen that dealership. In the end, if your not looking for something completely pin point specific and its a car you can get somewhere else then please explore your options, i promise you will find a better deal at a different location. ***Update, my trade was just listed at 37,487. They told me it was worth 21 and I had to fight like hell to get them to come up. Now they are trying to make 5grand off my trade alone. Dont believe them when they tell you they arent making money off trades. This dealership is all about screwing people over.

We previously purchased and still owners of an evolution 9. All the dealerships that we have dealt with had staff that took care of their customers and their vehicles. To make a long story short. We purchased the evolution 10 from Bob Penkhus Mitsubishi. The salesman were attentive and not to mention we have unlimited oil changes, etc, but when it comes to its service department seems like we have should have gone elsewhere. It was disappointing that we should have gone to a place that cared about their customers vehicles. Though, I did receive the repair to my tire for free I should not have gotten a scraped rim with it. The rim has a uniform scrape along the whole rim. I am definitely questioning using their service department. This dealership should really consider who they employ because we have a ruined rim due to carelessness. Not to mention, patiently waiting for tire repair and oil change because they do not shuttle service.

This was the best experience Ive EVER had buying a car! The guys here were nothing but professional and kind, even with my millions of questions and requests. They truly went above and beyond any expectations that I had for buying a new car. I cant express how much it meant to be treated with respect during this process. As long as Im in Colorado I will only be buying a car from Bob Penkhus and his amazing team! If you are looking for a wonderful experience, where you will be treated wonderfully and get a new car in the process go here and talk to Jeff or Brett they are the best! When he says where nobody buys just one, Ill be someone who doesnt just buy one!

Ive never been more upset about buying a vehicle. My husband could not wait to get a used 07 Jeep Wrangler they were selling. We got there and theyd falsely advertised it with 105000 miles and it actually had 128000. No big, not huge anyways. He bought it anyways and brought it home. Then we started getting large oil spot on our driveway. $500 to replace a gasket to fix the leak. THEN it dropped a shock while my husband was going 60mph. This is all within a week of signing the papers. Dropping that shock couldve made it flip and killed my husband. What if that had happened and hed had our 9 month old baby with him? HUH? DO NOT BUY USED CARS FROM THIS DEALER.

I brought my 09 Lancer in with an issue in which I had no idea on what what causing it (excessive oil consumption/high RPM idle). The staff and techs immediately knew what my issue was and fixed it (bad PCV valve) and were very quick in repairing my Lancer, also topping off my oil and filling my tires. They also washed my car too. Staff was very courteous and it was a great experience. Much better than the old Mitsubishi dealership off of Austin Bluffs. 1500 miles later and no issues. Very disappointed. My husband and I went to this dealership and purchased a car for our son. We were very reluctant but we did anyway. After only having the car for two days it started to over heat, discovered that the car needs an engine. Some things are too good to be true. Please do your research before purchasing a car from anyone, especially a used car. We have purchased plenty of used cars in the past but never been so disappointed in a certified dealer.

I still think I got a good deal on a 2009 Chevy Silverado but I also still feel like I was deceived by the dealer concerning replacing the cracked windshield. I do not think it was a mistake or miscommunication. I think it was a deliberate attempt to not put a new windshield in the truck even though that is what was promised on the We Owe. Eventually the windshield was replaced with a new one by the dealership in Motor City.

Scott Hughes and the team at Bob Penkhus are absolutely wonderful. I came in with a bad situation. Scott listened to me without making any judgement calls and then started immediately to help me. They worked well above what was expected and I couldnt be happier. This is a place that I will continue to purchase my vehicles from and I encourage everyone else to do the same. Great experience and ten times better than my last vehicle purchasing experience. Staff was very helpful and very respectful. Did not feel bullied or hounded in any way. I dont think you can really get around some of the standard haggling about prices but it definitely wasnt unpleasant. A little haggling is to be expected. I will definitely consider Bob Penkhus dealerships for my next vehicle purchase.

Worst customer service ever. My husband confirmed about a car a week ago and told them when he was coming to get it but it took them to finialized the paper works almost 4 hours. They were not ready at all. It was very frustrating. So if you like a car there you should negotiate the closing time before you buy it because time is precious.
