Bought through Ebay online classifieds and 66 pictures given of RV. However none were closeups of damage found once there. They did not state water damage extensive on back of RV and the side of the RV came off while driving it home and the fuel pump gave out on drive home. I have had to put over 2500. more into RV and they even lost the cashiers check we gave them to pay for it. Then held our title for over 3 months and put us through trying to get them their cashiers check replaced which we tried to do but it was only for them to request the replacement. However during this time they offered to pay us 2000.00 for the non stated damages in the ad and to make things right, However now they will not return calls and said they would call back and will not honor their previous offer. Seems once they got their lost check they just sent us the title and wanted nothing more to do with this lemon of a RV. Remember when they say as is that is what it is as is and if you travel a far distance to get your RV then you have to ask over the phone questions and rely on images they offer. I thought it was the wrong RV when I got there as to the compare with images and descriptions given. I have been in retail for 30 years and in customer service and I recommend you find a reputable place to buy your vehicle and their motto is drive our reputation. Really? I tried to drive it and it would not.

I had a great experience at the beginning, Andrew was very friendly and at that point I thought was very professional. Two months after I had got the truck I went in to get plates and thats were it all went down hill. So I get to the motor vehicle I get a number wait and when I finally get to the clerk I find out that no paper work had been filed. So I call the Brighton location and was told to call the castle rock location. I called and was told that their was an error with the paper work and I had to go in to the Brighton location to re sign. I was still ok and went in. After correcting the issue I was told that I could go back to the motor vehicle and I would be able to get the plates. Well I get back only to be told that I needed additional paper work from berkenkotter. So the clerk did me a favor and called them because I had no clue on what kind of paper work, and then was told that the paper work would not be ready till Friday. I look forward to everything turning out ok and I hope this gets one of the hire ups attention so that it does not inconvenience any one else.

I bought my truck 8 months ago , great deal on the truck, everyone has been very helpful anytime I call or drop by, I also bought the win win warranty, I lost my transmission last Thursday , called Berkenkotter , they immediately put me in touch with win win warranty, picked my truck up tonite ( 5 days ) complete rebuilt transmission, purrs like a kitten.... Hats off to Berkenkotter motors , Win Win Warranty, and Final Gear Transmission.. Top of the line service.. Thanks Alden Wayne Dumas

They sold me a truck that I have had nothing but issues with. Ive owned this truck for less than a year. I have had to put new brakes on it the first week I got it (they paid for this) but should have been done before selling to me. I had to get oil cooler replaced, fuel pump, and transfer case actuator replaced as well. I also had to get some leaks for high pressure oil fixed. As you can see repairs bills keep mounting. Do not buy from them take your business some where else.

Awesome prices, friendly / fun staff, really great experience. Harti really knows his stuff, and when I had a problem he and Mike quickly addressed it and made it right. Honest guys offering nice trucks at prices that were much better than all the other dealers I checked! I highly recommend them and will go back again (even though I had to drive over an hour to get there). Thanks for a great experience guys - and I love the John Wayne photos in the office!

Rude salesman who dont even know their own inventory. Everything is overpriced with high miles. Its one of those "bad credit is ok" places, so the prices being high are expected, but this is overkill. They dont plow their lot, so trudging thru 15" of snow is expected. Customer parking lot is solid sheet of thick ice. My second attempt at giving this dealer a chance. Also my last.

I just got done buying my first truck from Berkenkotter motors in Brighton and had one of the best car buying experiences Ive had in a long time micheal and Daniel were knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. They didnt try to push me into something that didnt fit but when i made my final choice the finance and paperwork process quick and headache free.

Terrible horrible etc. Went to buy a truck told then let me think it over for a day.give them a call back to say Ill take the truck and then I get told Dan the owner no longer wants to sell that truck. Ok fine got another truck for me. And there response is no we dont have anything in your price ranges $15,000 that we want to sell

I bought a f 250 from the parker dealership and in the year I have had the truck I have put a new rear end in it and a new high pressure oil pump the truck only has 122000 miles on it for a diesel thats not a lot . I will not buy from Berenkotter ever again.
