Had been to this store to buy some scoop for decorating backyard . Initial I bought two different colors stone bags to check the matching and took one back as decided to go with the contrast color crushed bricks . I met most of the staff very friendly but while I asked to return one unused sample bag of 4.89 one aged lady showed pure unprofessional approach and behavior to do that and shouted that they have no return policy. Her behavior was so rude that I have to cancel my order. even her behavior was so rude forced me to cancel my order more than $90.00 as I had made up mind to buy more relevant stuff. Thanks to the management for such employeeand will not recommend to any of my circles to face that kind of humiliation and mental harassment.
