Went in to spend close to $1,000 on a new vanity, faucet, plumbing pieces, medicine cabinets, lights, etc. While standing looking at displays, an employee almost ran my wife over with a rolling ladder and didnt appologize or excuse himself. She literally had to jump out of the way. After finding the vanity we wanted, 3 employees stood less than 5 feet from me and not one offered to help me load the heavy vanity on my cart. We probably walked around for about an hour and a half, walked back and forth looking for what we needed and not one person offered to help with anything. On check out, the one register employee didnt say one word to us not even our total. When we got home, found out that both medicine cabinets we bought were destroyed. The people in the paint department were helpful however. I have never written a review, but this is unbelievable. By the way, this was on a slow night so its not like it was a busy weekend. When I returned the medicine cabinets, the manager was too busy talking on the phone to come talk to me. Being in sales and customer service my whole life, this is unacceptable. Went to the store on Golden Triangle and the people there were way more helpful. I guess the days of even "ok" customer service are over! I will drive the extra 5 miles or so to the other store or to Lowes from now on.

Spoke with 3 employees at this Home Depot and got BAD customer service from all three! 1. Appliances - woman could not answer our questions and insisted that there was nobody in the store that could answer our questions. Suggested we come back on Monday - AFTER the promotion they were running was over in order to talk to someone who knew ANYTHING about the products they sold. 2. Appliances - came back Sunday and spoke with a man about placing an order, he was abrupt and rude and then told us that he could not order the brand we wanted. Said we had to order it online and pay shipping ourselves. 3. Service Desk - Made a payment on my card and asked the girl behind the desk a question. She replied that she "didnt know" and refused to try to find out teh answer.

If I could, I would give this place -1 stars. Absolutely horrible service from all employees. From the associate who pointed in the direction of a product I inquired about and said "I think its over there". To the lazy associate who made us wait 15 minutes to get a cut of wood because they wanted to do something else first. To the 3 associates at the till who would rather chat with each other than process the 6 people in line. Pathetic. If every Home Depot was like this, they would be out of business by next week.

I enjoy going to this location. I find the employees to be helpful, knowledgeable, and eager to assist. The only drawback about this store is that 90 percent of the time, only the self checkout registers are open. The competition Lowes, down the street has a lot of their registers staffed. I have been remodeling my home for the past month and I have gone to Lowes to make my large purchases there because of the staffed registers. I hope to see more staffed registers at Home Depot.

I stood in line at garden for about 10 to 15 minutes while the two cashiers could not ring up customers correctly I walked out and left my product, the entire store visit no one asked if I needed help and I went from garden all the way to lumber looking for things and down the window aisle there were 3 employees talking and having a good old time not concerned at all about customers . Lowes is down the road and it at least they acknowledge you

I was hoping to find here the shades in a specific color for the windows and I did. The only thing that bothered me was that I needed to do everything myself and that there was no one to assist me. The price was lower than the one I found online, so I guess it was a good buy. Hey Home Depot, bring more people on weekends!

Awful, they never answer my phone call. A lady transferred me to the department but no-one answered. Was on the phone for 1/2 hour and I had to hang up. Bad business as they say " your call is important to us" means "we dont care"!!!! Stupid place. Never gonna do business. Might as well go to Lowes.

Had to wait 25 minutes for someone to help me and no one ever showed up! They called someone 3 times and still no one!: I asked for the manager she never showed up tied up as well! Customer service here absolutely stinks!!! Not recommended to go to you will not get help!!!!

No not all employees are like that i work for home depot, and. I love helping customers much as I can. I rather take them to where they need to go. if I dont know, i ask someone, Not to let a customer stranded

It can be hard to find someone to help you find something. Which is another reason I shop online so much. Other than that, Im glad the town has this location since its competition with Lowes and such.
