My Mom and I went in for some help on ordering parts for a swamp cooler. The owner, Sam A., couldnt seem to help us in person and it seemed he couldnt get rid of us fast enough. His solution was to ask my Mom for her phone number and said hed call us with the results of cost and turn around. Seemed legit enough, only its been five business days (didnt count the holiday) and not a peep from the store. His attitude towards us was enough for me. Very disappointed with his lack of professionalism and overall demeanor. And, this woman HAS done electrical work on a house, plumbing and lots of other house fixing things. Dont appreciate the chauvinistic personality the owner displayed. I was really at awe given the good reviews this establishment had...albeit 7 or so reviews. Bad attitude, bad service, wont be going here again!

Love this place! Great service. Theyre always helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. *Big Plus* I dont think Ive ever left Tampa Hardware without what I went there for. I swear, its like they have everything! LoL! Im sure Im not the first to say this, its so much bigger that it looks from outside!
