Showed up ten minutes before closing and had three friendly employees stop closing up and offer to help me find stuff, carried the heavy cement mix I was buying to the register and then to my car for me. Thats service! Normally I would wonder why one would have to review a home improvement store but this was above and beyond great.

This is sort of a 7-11 of hardware stores. It has a lot of packaged products. It is easily the cleanest hardware store Ive ever been in. Feels like a Target inside. But you cant get a 2x4 here. No building products of any kind. It has an unusually large clothing section for a hardware store. Plenty of parking on the roof.

Solid neighborhood hardware store. You need it, most likely theyve got it. I didnt explore that much, but they all kinds of tools and such, as well as a selection of gloves and outdoor work gear. Its not a sprawling as a Home Depot, but I like that. Also, theres parking on site.

This place is the best. They have everything, everyone there is really nice, and if you sign up for their frequent buyers card membership thingie, you can return without a receipt and their plants are guaranteed life if one dies. Plus I got a free tote for signing up!

Buying a plant? Go to Roy. You will learn more about life from this guy then you could searching through an hour of YouTube videos. What plants are for, what sort of Life they need comma how and when to water, and he even gave me a special deal to top it off.

Great selection of items, especially if your looking for a hard to find nut or bolt. Never too busy. Getting help can sometimes be difficult though and they require you be some sort of "member" to return items which was very irritating.

Great store! Very clean. Ample parking. Extremely helpful/friendly staff. I never stood around like "Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhh?" A human interacted with me in every department without me having to ask for help. Cool :)

Store is a mess.. Staff are unhelpful at all. Ask a question, 2 members sent me in different directions looking for a simple accessory. and both times wrong. I live few blocks away but will go to HD.

Good experience, accommodating staff. They now carry Weatherwash wood stain which ages wood to turn it vintage barnwood grey. Before I had to get it off Home Depot online. Would recommend.

Everything is great except for their plants. Go to a real nursery for that. For everything else, come here. The staff are fantastic.
