My first time writting a review period.. I had the worst Customer experience ever when buying from any store all thanks to the manager at the moment of making my purchase and no i dont know the managers name i asked him for it and he refuse to give to me .I want to clarify these first i went to two ace stores these day looking for a particular ítem(bolts and nuts) that only a car dealer have and ace hardware.The first store i went to is in 2211pacific coast hwy in lomita the person that help me there was one of the best persons ever to help me in any store so much was he willing to help me that he even called these other ace store to find put if they had the bolts in stock as he didnt find any in the lomita store after having such a good and pleasant experience in ace lomita i went to the second ace in Torrance 1967 w. Carson st. to have these experience. what happend was i was buying the bolts and nuts and the person helping me was an employee really helpful he found everything i needed i went out to the register to pay and my mistake apparently was to be on the phone while making my purchase as im asking the person over the phone if what im buying is ok becouse of the dirence in the head of the bolt being bigger than the original so im about to pay when i double check and see that the nut is different from what i need so i go back to the isle and the manager is there with the person that help me i ask him if i could get the correct nut i needed and the manager responded to help these time as he walk by me im still on the phone when out of no where he starts yelling at me to get off the phone if i want him to help me and that if i dont put doen the phone he will not help me find those items i reply back by telling him that i gave my original order to the other employee and that i didnt like him yelling at me specifically when im just there to buy something not to hear someone yelling at me to hang up the phone and keep talking to me in such a way that i had to ask him for hes name only to have him refuse to give me hes name saying that why did i need hes name that he was the manager that i couldnt do anything with it finally i end up apologizing to these manager in order to get my purchase done becouse he was still raising hes voice thru the whole process .worst buying expirience for me ever .

Great experience with finding fastening hardware (they have everything) and the guy finds it for you right away. And key cutting is great. They always work.
