Bad attitude; go to Torrance store instead. This location opened with all kinds of bad attitude, but then it got better (a lot better actually). But now all of the nice employees are gone and the attitudes back with a vengeance. Bad enough playing Russian-Roulette with their tools, even worse when it feels like the people you are buying it from want it to fail so they can charge you a restocking fee. Screw this, Im going to HomeDepot.

Dan, the associate who helped me is well informed and handled my issue on the spot. I enjoy shopping for all my work bench tools in this well organized facility. Plus theres Sizzlers and a Starbucks nearby. Great Location, Very convenient.

Terrible return policy. Purchased their blood pressure monitor which was defective. They wouldnt return it without a receipt. Most all their stuff is defective cheap Chinese products. Not worth the materials or your time. Waste of time and money.

Great prices compared to home Depot or Lowes. However, the quality of the merchandise has declined over the years. I would recommend purchasing accessories to power tools here as opposed to the actual power tools themselves.

Cheap prices, lots of coupons and a good selection. Only downside is that besides the people on the cash registers is very hard to find help if you needed.

Lots of room, space and lots of inventory and they always open up and second checkstand when it gets too crowded.

Long lines not enough checkers .. Some tools may only work once .. Low quailty .. Floor jacks are good
