Sugar Cookie

The three staff members inside the store that I interacted with seemed like they were really slow, and were unable to communicate very well. However, a man named George in the outdoor garden was very helpful, and clearly bright. If this store is hiring the mentally handicapped, which it appears to be doing, they should have persons who are not handicapped available to answer questions about products. And maybe have special tags to wear for those who need them. Also I was told if I filled out a survey I would get a $5 discount next time. This was a lie.

I love shopping here! Service is impeccable and everyone is so helpful! I feel like its the Nordstroms of hardware stores and I get a personal shopper every time! Great deals and they stock hard to find items very similar to Ace Hardware and being able to find those rare items you always need! I highly recommend it!
