This is one of those traditional style hardware stores that makes you yearn for and appreciate days past. A very friendly and helpful staff member greeted me at the door and asked me what I was looking for. Although they are a very well stocked store, they didnt have the exact length screw I needed, so he happily cut down a longer one for me to size at no extra charge. Try to imagine THAT happening at one of those big box stores.

A small hardware store that always has everything Im looking for. The staff is friendly and knows their inventory well. Prices are slightly higher than the giant box stores but I find it much more convenient.

Everytime I go into that store I find what I need. My first visit to the store was when I was 19 and now Im 44...so thatll tell you Im a big fan about product knowledge and customer service. You guys ROCK.

I guess Im spoiled by ACE Hardwares clean, modern, organized, well-stocked stores and helpful staff. This place is deplorable. Oh, and they will not permit you to use their bathroom.
