Hi, just like to share that experience with the shop owner I had: I was looking for a photographic lense for indoor shots (30-50 mm focal length [could be fixed focus] and a very low f-stop ratio of at most 2.0 or below). He didnt have such a lense in his shop, so one of his clerks just showed me something else that I might like. It was an add-on lense for wide angle and macro shots. He wanted me to get my camera off my bag ... and try it myself. Ok, just some usual trick to let the customer stay longer. The add-on lense was a nice thing, but not something a wanted to pay more than $50. When he initially answered my question for the price with $210 it was clear that we would not get into that range. I told this to the clerk, but he answered "But you want to have it?" and I had to continue haggling... After a long discussion we ended in the final result, that he could not sell me the product under the price he had to pay for the product himself. Now the shop owner came into play. He tried to sell me a lense with an f-stop of f/2.4 or f/2.6... but I didnt have any use for this one. Then he offered me to call some friends for that (would be 10 minutes till he had a product) and at the same time he told me, he would go crazy if I would not buy the product then... However, I didnt want to buy just any product fulfilling that specification for any price. I remembered a lense I just saw (and was suggested some time ago): Canon original lense, 50mm, fixed focus, f/1.8 for less than 100 EUR (meaning about $137 incuding tax). I asked whether they had internet access somewhere. Then the shop owner just told me I did not know what I wanted, without a chance for explaining any reason... It was no kind of "Ok, you dont know what you want, so leave my shop and come back if you know it." It was like "You dont know what you want. Leave my shop!" - I was just fetching my stuff quickly, when he added something like "Im allowed to do that! LEAVE my shop!" So I just took my still open bag to leave and put everything in outside the store, while he just positioned at the "borders" of his shop space... Sorry, but this is inacceptable for me! I just wanted to look up the correct name of a product to avoid problems for him. I mean: He said he would get crazy, if I would not buy the stuff. Actually I found that product in some shop nearby... My opinion: You maybe get some stuff here. But you really have to know what you want for what price. Dont get involved into discussions and leave that shop (before getting sent away) yourself. But I wont go in there again, there are enough shops selling this kind of stuff...

I had a bad experience at this shop too. I was looking for a universal charger for my digital camera. He had one that fit seemed to work, but it was a demo model and he said hed sell it to me for $50. I couldnt get internet either and was in a hurry (my fault), but when I said I couldnt pay that much, since I had a charger, just left it at home, he quickly said $40, then as I was about to walk out, said $35 to "help me out". Well, it must have been used a lot, because it lasted all of about 5 charges when it broke. Again, maybe not his fault, but I found out when I got home it was $19.95 just about everywhere! So he really was ripping me off anyway. So I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Fraudulent, cheats. Avoid at all costs. They charge 5-10 times the price of anything on Amazon or elsewhere. The owners are also unhelpful SOBs with terrible attitude. Ive reported them to FTC and BBB. Not sure how these kinds of thieves are still in business. See Yelp reviews too, before buying anything from these thugs.
