January 14, 2016 my husband and I did the switch from Sprint (i had been with them for 15 years) to Verizon. We were told by Jeff (no longer there) that after we had our final bill from Sprint we would have our final bill refund in just a few days. Well the final bill was uploaded and we waited and waited and waited. I know that it was uploaded the first time in March and then another three times . I went into the store AGAIN Sept 16th and Stephanie the territorial manager was there and she spoke to customer service on the phone- NOTHING. Yesterday I spoke with Elisa another manager. It shows that the paper work is all in the system but apparently she was told that one of the phones was not working. That is a lie as the phone I turned in was brand new ( I had just gotten it from Sprint in January as my phone had issues and the company gave me a new one). My husband was talking on his phone while we were in store. This truly has turned out to be a scam put on by Cellular Plus/Verizon. But we want our money!!!

I had a very positive experience with Colin Liebertz at his store today. I went in and he walked over to greet me when I came in the door. Stark contrast to what I always ran into in the Sandy store. I told him I had three things I needed to discuss with him and he listened. I was invited to sit down while I explained to him what I needed. In short he was able to save me around $20.00 a month on a new plan what was almost identical to my old plan only cheaper! Im on Social Security so any money I can save is most welcome. He also added that they have a plan that uses a tablet and if I went on that one I could use the tablet at home and on that plan was still four dollars cheaper than my current plan is! Id like to personally thank Colin for his excellent customer service and help today. This is what makes or breaks a store. I noticed everyone in the store has the same attitude he has. Its a lot further for me to drive than into Sandy from Brightwood, but Id willingly do it for this sort of service.

I was at the Troutdale Verizon Center on Wednesday evening June 21, and arrived about 7:20pm. There was one gentleman there -Austin James - who was waiting on three customers before me. By the time it was my turn, it was about 25 minutes to 8 and I had a lengthy issue to deal with. Please believe me when I say that in all the years Ive been dealing with cell phones and their issues, this is the best service Ive received either in person or on the phone. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He didnt start setting up my new phone until just a couple minutes before closing and he took his time in doing so. Ive been in customer service for over 40 years and have seen the level of attentive service decline in so many areas. Not in this instance. So kudos to Mr. James, and when the time comes please allow him a substantial raise - he deserves it. Great service.

I came in this store during the big snow storm because all of the other Verizons were closed and this one was not. When I came into, I got the best customer service in my life. Cody and everyone else was so helpful and worked as a team to help me. They even stayed an hour late after closing to take care of me!!!!
