I took what was a rather expensive and relative new red Dell laptop, that had prematurely and unexpectedly expired, to Silver Star to see if it could be resuscitated. I had been told by other Computer repair "experts" that the laptop could be fixed but it would cost far more than it was worth and that any money spent on its repair would be better spent on a new one. They mentioned all kinds of horrid problems that to repair really was as much as a new computer. So I took their advice and bought a new laptop. The dead red laptop ended up in a junk drawer. I just could not part with it. I had noticed Silver Stars shop several times and each time thought of the of the red computer stashed in the junk drawer. After a year or so I decided to get the red laptop a second opinion and took it to Silver Star to see if it really was beyond practical repair. Their diagnosis.....a new wireless card and a very low cost repair bill. I now have my red computer back and its pushed its replacement onto the shelf as a backup. 5 stars to Silver Star. Im glad Ive found an honest and reliable computer expert to keep my seven computers functioning at a reasonable cost. Any future problems and I know where Im going.

My first computer was purchased at this little shop in 2006-07 ish by one of my friends and since then ive been interested in computers and since learned allot about desktops and built one of my own but if i ever have issues with any of my computers and i cant fix it myself i will come to them. I would always check here if looking for used equipment. They also accept recycled dead electronics if you have some to get rid of.
