Not the greatest service. Bought something with a warranty, it broke, i took it back to replace it and was told check back later they were out of device. I checked back a week or so later. Still no device in stock. Then I waited another week and I checked back, still no device in stock. I was then told someone would order it and I could pick it up next Wednesday. I went in next Wednesday, no device was ordered for me. I was then told I would be called when it came in, still no one called. All this took place in a 5 week long span. Today I called to check on it AGAIN, and was told they have it in. No one ever called me.

I dont usually goto RadioShack, but this store is great. I needed some wireless headphones and I went to 5 different stores the best I could find was one at $120! I was driving but and was like "why not just try RadioShack. Well shoot they have 5 or 6 different options available all for under 100 bucks. I picked the one for 39 bucks and it works great. This has restored my faith in Radio Shack. Plus the lady working there was super helpful and nice. No complaints here!
