Ok, I live in Washougal, and I know that this is one of the best places you can go for a tv repair. The only reason I am giving this a one star is because; My mom took my lamp from my JVC tv down there while I was at work and the lady said someone will call your daughter with a price. That was when they first opened in the day. I called back at 3 pm and again this lady said someone would call her. I said to her...uh..who can help me that is there? She said that she isnt allowed to "special order or give prices from their price book." HELLO!! If someone drops something off that just needs to be ordered dont you think that I want it done before 5 pm on a FRIDAY!! I told them that since they cant help me now, I will be sending someone to pick up the lamp and I went and got the part in stock at WOLFS! Next time contact your customers and get someone that can order and get parts for you!!

They are always super nice and helpful in here. Plus, they offer probably the only cell phone and carrier that works inside my house! Thats right, my daughter in laws phone works great inside my house but not one other single cell phone that has crossed inside my four walls can get a reliable signal. Im going down there to get one!
