Its like the employees see me as the God damn plague. The re-route, have their heads down, or just simply prefer to all huddle up somewhere where there are no customers and have social hour? I stood on the light isle for 30+ mins, with a perplexed look on my face as I went up and down looking at each bulb wondering if it was the right one.... TWO nights in a row (since my first stab in the dark was the wrong bulb)... And not a single employee stopped to ask if I had any questions. The paint dipsticks stood directly behind me with their feet kicked up on buckets, ass half up on the counter and carrying on conversation after conversation amongst each other... As if I was invisible. You people should be embarrassed of those lackluster individuals you call employees.

Ive tried and tried and tried over the years to tolerate Home Depot, but my handful of experiences at this store have pushed me to the limit of my patience. I am a very understanding and polite shopper, but I now feel, without doubt, that Home Depot deserves $0 more from me. I will take my business to Orchard (AMAZING SHOPPING EXPERIENCE) or Lowes (Not great, but better than Home Depot), or online. I know that most of the blame does not fall on the shoulders of Home Depot employees because, when you eventually find one to help you, they are generally pleasant. I think the corporation itself needs to take a long hard look in the mirror and clean up its act. I, for one, will never shop at a Home Depot again. Theyve lost my business for ever. Good riddance...

Good home depot location - clean and nice area. Worst customer service possible provided by Karina in the returns department. She is rude and condescending. We have had SEVERAL interactions with this person and she is outright rude. Ive seen the way she treats other customers and shocking to see she is considered a "customer service representative of home depot" she has not a clue what "customer service" is at all. Other than our experience with this one employee - management is awesome and other employees at this location go the extra step to help the customers out.

Drove all the way from LaHabra to find some more of the awesome 3 pack flashlights that I was buying to give to my drivers for appreciation week but they wanted $5 more and the manager would not sell them to me for the same price as the other two stores I bought them from. Wish someone told me I was going to have to pay more at that store. I will never go back there. Lowes is across the street. Been in retail a long time and I still do not understand why a store would let an honest reasonable customer leave their store unhappy .

We have many fond memories of Home Depot. There have been dozens of projects where I dragged a kid (or two) to HD to pick up a part I forgot or the one thing that I think I need (which, it turns out, isnt the right part). The returns department has always been cordial and helpful. Checkout staff have been great. And I always get my cuts made in lumber within a few minutes of asking. Oh, and my toddler and I used to go eat breakfast in the lawn furniture area while we let Mommy sleep in. We love the Home Depot.

One of my favorite places to go when Im looking to do some upgrades in my home. Im a "do it yourself" kinda gal and like talking to the workers here - they are very polite and usually experts in their field. Prices here are much better than some of the smaller hardware stores around the area. But I still wish they would send me more coupons, since I go here often!

Horrible customer service!!! 3 employees standing around looking on computer and not one wanted to help us in washer and dryer dept. One lady looked at us out of corner of her eye, kept chewing her gum with her mouth open and ignored us! Wouldnt go back..i would rather go to Lowes or drive extra mile somewhere else to get better customer service!!!!

Good grief the employees are jerks! 1) they hate their job 2) dont want to answer your question 3) Dont have an answer and wont look for an answer 4) Call you a liar when you return a defective product 5) Cant get special orders right 6) spend time trying to hookup with customers rather than earning a paycheck...the rancho location is the worst!!!

This Home Depot is run horribly!!! Never can find a manager on the floor, the associates are awesome but they have a very unengaged management team. The instock levels are horrible and you can tell the management doesnt care about their associates or customers. I would never shop at this HD again. Time to convert to the Blue Box Lowes!!!

I was at Lowes across the street and did not like the service so i went to Home Depot. I was helped by David in electrical, he helped me so much and actually knew what he was talking about and made it very easy for me to understand what i was buying and he spent as much time with me as i needed. Let it be known that Home Depot no longer closes at 10 they now close at 9. This change must be recent since I have been here late on many occasions. Also I will admit that finding help at this store is kinda of a pain since a lot seem to just walk away from you and ignore you calling them.

This home depot has rude managers. They wouldnt give me a discount on a damaged barbeque. I was attempting to buy their last barbeque in stock of the one I wanted and the manager named Leslie said thats the way it is buy it or dont buy it. I will never shop here again. Im going to Ace hardware

Pretty good place! Service and the employees are amazing! We were greeted by an employee at the front door. Now that tells me there management is great. My family was there for a new lawnmower and the employees helped pick the one we wanted. Thank you Home Depot!

I usually like going here. Every once in a while I cant find help, but pretty much always when I do its spot on. Good advice, good selection.
