They used to be good ...Friendly and helpful staff... Now not so much maybe the owner should give up since it seems they dont know how to hire decent friendly staff /management and they DON"T CARE ABOUT REPEAT CUSTOMERS!!! I WILL NEVER SHOP AT ANOTHER ACE HARDWARE AGAIN AS LONG AS I LIVE!!! Because of this store which is 1 block from my house.

Gerat place for the guy who has the ( i can fix it ) bug. It seems to be an epidemic around here. This store in particular, the customer service is above par. There is one guy in particular that seems to be the go to guy who can brake down any situation and offer great advice on how to resolve it.
