So last night my mom calls me at 10 pm to let me know there power is out and normally thats not a big deal however she is taking care of my grandmother who just had a stroke on November 18th and is dependent on her oxygen and feeding equipment which is ran by electricity so I go over there and hook up their generator which the bought in April and have never used until last night so I get it running and notice its spitting oil everywhere but working and eventually the power came back on so I turned it off and went to return it to harbor freight on Adams today and was refused my return even though I had the receipt in hand and the 1 year extended warranty that was purchased for 120.00 I just wanted my money back so I can buy a more reliable piece of equipment as my grandmas life may depend on they refused to return my money wanted to give me store credit what a disgrace these people are said they couldnt return it because it was over 550 dollars without an authorization talked to those people and they also refused sales rep named Daniel and his supervisor are horrible people I will never ever purchase anything from harbor freight on Adams or anywhere else they are crooks my grandma is now without a generator as a safety net because of them

Harbor freight has workable tools for really cheap prices when they are on sale. If you intend to use the tool one time or want to try an new tool out it is great. Then after you wear it out or break it buy the more expensive one. Some tools and equipment are very good quality. Some are not. Usually you can tell by inspecting the item carefully. I have almost every tool in the entire store. And I shop there almost every day. But I know you get what you pay for and dont have unrealistic expectations about what I am getting for the price. For instance I bought a 1 inch hammer drill. I use it 6 times a year. It have had it for 4 years now and if it broke I would be so far ahead. It was $59 and a comperable one at home depot cost over 300. They both work the same. but one may last longer. Be a good consumer and you will win at harbor freight.

Love the store but the employees are rude and unwilling to help customers. The cashier asked a worker if he could get some items that were in stock but not on the shelves.. His reaction was to give her a dirty look, then look at me as if i was crap on his shoe to make him drag his overweight A@@ to the back. Then screams in the walkie talkie back at her for the part number again, then FINALLY brings two of the items (not 3 as was asked by the cashier) like 15 mins later (all while the line is growing to the back of the store) Im so disgusted by the employees that day!! Looks like the store needs an employee enema!

Harbor Freight in my opinion is the Walmart of low cost, high quality tools... including automotive, power, hand tools, welding equipment, and woodworking tools... not to mention shop equipment, all at extremely low prices. Youre not going to walk very far through this store to try and find a good deal... I dont even bother going to Home Depot or Lowes anymore to find what Im looking for, after having received a steal time and time again. I always feel great after I walk out of this store because I know Ive received the best price in town.

I had 4 people walk and checked out ahead of me when I stood in their damn line. Adding to the insult, I was ready to leave when another cashier called me. I openly spoke openly about my intention to leave. The original cashier spoke up to say she was busy. As a result, I put everything back and spoke out loud to say "I will never shop at this store again". I will go to shop at the one in Corona instead.

My dad comes here for the deals as far as the tools quality is great for what he needs hes always complaining about something never heard him complain about anything here some things weve asked for some staff does not know we probably just ran into the least knowledgeable person here but the aisles are all labeled perfectly so we never have a problem looking for things ourselves

Absolutely Disneyland for adults. I think Bobs great guy helps me every chance he gets. Anyone who complain about this place must have a chip on the shoulder. Great prices wide selection everything is always in stock. Enjoyed reading your advertisement and coupons in whenever I take scrap. Im getting ready just thinking about them and all those tools. So I just bought a damn snake (for the drain) and its supposed to be 25 feet, but of course, this piece of crap gave about 4 feet.. Now, I KNOW that first thing in the morning, Ill be making my way to their front doors.. And I DO have my receipt so they better NOT gimme no CRAP about not wanting to return this piece of junk!

Do NOT come here. The lines are ridiculous SLOW customer service and they are out of their promotions. They need to figure out how to get people in and out. In addition the managers need to stop cutting in and "borrowing" registers. People are waiting in line and then have to wait even longer because of them!!

They sell cheap homeowner grade stuff that is not built to last but for throw away tools they cant be beat. Somebody steals something I bought from Harbor Freight Im not sweating it. Nothing ever exceeded my expectations but when I need an occasional-use tool these guys make it affordable.

This is a great place for cheap tools. I did notice that a lot of items had a "no returns" policy. Also, please note that these tools are mostly made by brands that you wouldnt find at home depot or lowes (generics made by smaller shops, or probably china).

The Fur Channel

This is a small location and doesnt have as large of a selection as other stores, but the staff is friendly and makes sure you always get your freebies. Prices are good, quality is satisfactory for the price.

I went it for nuts, bolts, and nails. They dont even have nails. They do have a lot of stuff though. Lady was kind of helpful. Didnt seem happy to be there. Eh. Probably wont go back.
