Bought a new iPhone. Took it home and found out it was locked due to Fraud. I took it back and tried to refund and get a replacement, but they refused to. The assistant manager said, "You have to go to a corporate store, they will replace it for you. If we do it we will take a "hit"." Im guessing thats bad for the store. It seems they care more about their store than their customers. They can replacement it, they just dont want to. Dont buy from here. Assistant manager Joe/Joseph is a LIAR saying he couldnt take it and exchange the phone. I called a corporate store on Howe Ave. And they confirm that the store have to give me an exchange because the phone was defective. I went back to the store and spoke to the manager Javier. Which he stated that the exchange should of been done for me and that I shouldnt have to go to a corporate store. He did the exchange and I walked out with a new working phone. JOE/JOSEPH IS A LIAR. LET HIM KNOW IF YOU GO THERE.

My phone broke. I need a phone! Ive enjoyed T-MOBILE for years, so went into the RC store for help. Manu tested my phone. It was definitely broken. Manu helped me explore all of my options--send old phone to shop for replacement, payoff lease, or buy new. I chose a new phone, paid in store, and I am back in business. New Hire Tea and Zach were working with customers alongside Manu. They were all courteous, and had a pleasant comaraderie while serving clients. As new customers entered the store, staff graciously greeted them and signed them onto the wait list. I was never rushed. I came in with smart questions and got smart answers; so that I could make the best phone choice for my immediate needs. The staff at this shop are swell!

Terrible customer service I had to wait over 20 minutes just to buy an accessory.. so when I got the chance I expressed my feelings of why a manager should not stand there and not help out a customer if the rest of her employees are busy and that she should help out customers herself.. I complained she she took it upon herself to tell her employer that the system was down and to refuse to sell me anything because she didnt like my complaint. She she immediately asked to speak to the employee and her office before he helped me out he look like he was unaware of why she wanted to talk to him in the office turns out to be is to tell him not sell me anything to me and tell him that the system is down

My 76 year old Mom and some dude named Manu Simpson helped her out. He was patient and very attentive to her. She can be hard to understand but he took the time to help her. I went back today around 10am but he wasnt there. So i waited for my husband to get home from work and went back up there and met with him. And he went above and beyond the call of dutt and helped us with all of our needs. Ive been a tmobile customer for years and usually the employees are too busy or act like they dont know. My experience today showed its going to be a good year. I will recommend Manu to anyone looking for help with their needs.

I have been a t- mobile customer for around 7 yrs recently my SIM card was unable to be detected. So I went into this TMobile to try and get a new one. The girl who helped me was very immature and came to the counter still chewing her food. Then she was rude and try to charge me $27 for a new SIM card. I explained to her that at the time I did not have $27. I needed my phone to call my boss to get paid. She shrugged her shoulders and and looked at the door as to tell me "to bad not my problem". I know for a fact they are aloud to replace a worn out SIM card. I will never go back to this t mobile

Daniel needs to be recognized for his excellent customer service! He went above and beyond to help me with my phone after it crashed from T-mobiles Marshmallow or Nugget software update. He was never dismissive and took on the challenge without any hesitation. He helped in so many aspects to try to solve the problem even when there wasnt a fix. After the master reset, he was so thoughtful to make sure that if the problem wasnt resolved, I could always reach out to him to see what my next step would be. He has been tremendously helpful and Im so thankful he was there to help me with my phone!!

Absolute worst experience. Employees flat out lied about jump program which is third party yet billed by t mobile. My note 4 hasnt worked correctly for over a year and we all know if you dont pay they send you to collections. My turn to take them to court. If you look at surveys T mobile ranks LAST..its Verizon, att, sprint and t mobile in that order..dont fall for their unlimited data plans as the service and my note is garbage, been with them for 2 years.

I went to T-Mobile Thursday afternoon and left feeling awesome! Big ups and 10s to Manu and The beautiful Yarely they are a wonderful team! They understand the meaning of true customer service and have great energy! They keep you laughing and smiling the whole process. Never a dull moment!I most definitely will be returning to get some more of there good energy and intelligent conversation. Keep up the good work guys I hope they promote you for your hard work!

I have had some horrible experience at some tmobile stores I switched to the rancho store. I had that note 7 nightmare Nick and Kalia were awesome. Kalia had to help the next time around with the recall. Let me tell u that was the worst experience ever. Kalia has help me with getting two new phones since then. The edge 7 screen kept coming off and she replaced it due to all the bubbles. Thank u so much Kalia and other team members at rancho tmobile.

If I could give them 0 Stars I would they gave me the worst customer service ever I bought a Galaxy S7 Edge and they told me if I came back tomorrow that they would honor the free tablet promotion that they had going and I came in and they didnt honor it so I called another store he said that they would honor it and all the employees were rude they were talking behind my back and I could hear them very unprofessional do not go here

Went to the store 2/3/17 around 445 -5. Was greeted by Nadin. He is awesome! Helped me with all my service needs. Melissa assisted as well. You guys really lucked out with having those two team members. They are very informative, funny, and all around dedicated workers. I definitely will come back whenever I need assistance with my t mobile account. Thanks again Nadin and Melissa!

We came in on a black Friday to switch from AT&T to T-Mobile and had a lot of questions. We were trying to decide what plan/phones would work for our group. I have to say, Kalia, the associate manager is extremely patient and very helpful towards her customers. It was a very busy day and she took all the time that was required to serve us. She deserves a lot of recognition.
