Horrible Customer Service! I would suggest that you avoid this store and go to the store located at 3591 Truxel near the theater at least until they resolve their customer service problems. Apparently, this is a franchise store and not able to help with many customer issues, nor do they have the training in customer service to help with common problems. I was explaining my concern to an employee named Eric, a girl told me to "calm down." I was at no point yelling, but rather was restating firmly what I had been told on the phone by an ATT agent. As an owner of a retail store I am very acquainted with tactics in helping frustrated customers and Customer Service 101 is to NEVER tell a customer to calm down, in doing so you will effectively escalate any and every situation. I hope that the owner of this establishment will terminate their relationship with who appeared to be the manager. I asked for her name and she refused to tell me and kicked me out of the store. Eric was originally helping me and was very nice and Im sure could have handled my issue diplomatically had this unnamed person stayed out of it.

AT&T stops sending me my monthly billing statement. I dont know how much I owe every month. When I want to pay, Im guessing based on the last month payment. I called AT&T to get my passcode so I can setup my account. I dont remember my security question and my phone number changed. They will not accept any other verification. I thought that is really a bad service when there are customers who want to setup an account and pay.

At&t and direct tv the worst company ever horrible customer service and they never keep their promise and they will charge so much extra I will never trust them cant wait when my contract will be ovoey , they charge me twice a month and they keep saying I own money keep disconnecting my service, never been so frustrating with any company but them so disappointed will never recommend to anyone.......
