We recently moved to Lodi and were looking for a UPS Store or something equivalent, where we could ship packages, send faxes, make copies and so on. We were thrilled to discover the new UPS Store on Kettleman, at the major intersection off of Lower Sacramento (in the Lowes shopping center, between Round Table Pizza & AAA). First, the store itself is beautifully arranged and always impeccably clean, with a wide variety of convenience items easy to see and access: mailers, gift cards, etc. The store is always pleasantly air-conditioned during the hot summer months, prompting my wife and me to nickname it "the oasis of Lodi." You get free chocolates, mints, candies and pens, just for visiting. Above all, weve been blown away by the world-class customer service and the knowledgeability of store personnel. They truly go "the extra mile" to be helpful and the prices there really cant be beat. We since came to learn that there is a wide range of additional services that we were not originally aware of: color copies, passport photos, notary services, comb binding and high-quality full-color "printing," on state-of-the-art machines. Parking is a breeze and the store offers extended hours, including evenings and weekends. Weve been so impressed with the UPS Store in Lodi that we decided to rent a mailbox there and use it for receiving most of our mail. Now we visit our "oasis" almost every day. If youre in need of any of the services described above, I could not recommend this establishment more highly. If you give it a try, Ill bet youll become a raving fan and customer-for-life just like us. And did I mention the free chocolates?

I came in today to drop off two packages to ship. This was my first time in this UPS store and I wont be back. Ill gladly drive to the Stockton store where its not convenient, just so I dont have to experience what I did today. When I walked in the door, I was not greeted, nor even acknowledged. The two employees inside were carrying on a conversation amongst themselves and were too busy to notice me. Finally I set my boxes on the counter and just waited. One of them eventually came over and I started to say, hi, Im trying to ship...when he abruptly cut me off and said yeah these are prepaid, proceeded to scan the boxes, all while going back to his conversation. Never mind the fact they were discussing a previous customer that had just left (rude). I turned to leave, and not one word of "thank you" or anything from them. They were still too busy talking. This was very unprofessional and absolutely rude. Very unimpressed. Youre in business for the customer. Maybe it would be nice if you appreciated them for a minute instead of being so wrapped up in your conversation.

Literally waited for 30 minutes to ship one letter. Nobody in line, just me. This location was out of envelopes, the staff couldnt figure out how to meter the mail. They didnt offer a sticker for my address. Had to write my address on the envelope in a random spot with a sharpie permanent marker. The site was really disorganized and the staff seemed Ill equipt to handle anything more complicated than putting postage on a letter. Sorry, but this was really unacceptable. Ive been here before and gotten great service. Not sure what was going on today. I wouldnt be surprised if my letter doesnt make it to its destination.

I started going to the UPS Store about a year ago when I was Feed up with the USPS. I was waiting in Line for 30 mins at the Post office everyday, and since I am a business owner. I dont have time for that. Then when I met Don and his crew at the UPS Store, I was hooked. He ships, mails and packages all my orders for my clients. I dont know what I would do with out the UPS Store in Lodi.

Horrible service...waited for thirty minutes while the owner walked in and out of the back room to let the poor young man that had 3 customers get overwhelmed...when i asked if he could help he looked at me and said he was to busy?...two customers left while i was there because of this....will never go back...i would rather spend my time and gas and go to Stockton....SAD...

Dropped off for packaging on Dec 26th and specifically asked for shipment to arrive no later than New Years Eve. Didnt care what it cost. Because of an error by an employee, shipment didnt even leave until the 29th and not arriving until Jan 4 !!! If you need it on time I would take it elsewhere. I definitely will !!

Great Customer Service! They have Mailboxes with a suite number, which is great for businesses. I get all of my printing done here. Business Cards, Flyers, Banners, and posters. Now they print custom T-Shirts.
