I had quite the experience at this store and with Verizon this last couple months. Basically my account was screwed up from the last person that did my phone upgrades and blatantly lied to us about how our account was setup, so when I came back to this store a year later I was pleasantly surprised to see all new faces and new management. Brad the store manager stuck with us through all the issues and problems with our account, gave me his number and consistently contacted me with any updates on my account being fixed. (My issue was quite complicated.) Even though they escalated through Verizon AND the district manager, Brad didnt let it go and owned the issues instead of just passing me off down the chain. I greatly appreciate his effort and customer service, this location will do very well under his leadership and I would go here any day of the week over a Verizon corporate store due to the level of customer support and follow through. I think large companies loose sight of how impactful customer service is and honestly this is a breath of fresh air in my experience of large service provider where everything is "streamlined" and automated. 5 stars for amazing customer service and consistent follow through and fixing my jacked up account. I recommend going to Gowireless on Watt.

If I could rate zero stars I would. This place is a sham. Came to return a phone (I was within the 14 day window) and it was the biggest nightmare I had ever experienced. The staff were unknowledgeable, reluctant to help, and blatantly lied to me. It took my girlfriend calling Verizon corporate to reconcile my account because the sales reps at this store location had locked my account, which should have never happened in the first place. The return finally took place, however I came to discover charges on my original receipt for a product called "Advantage go plus" that totalled close to $120... A product we never asked for nor did we receive. They can have the money I refuse to enter this store again. Please Beware!

To whom it may concern I came into the Verizon store on Watt Avenue this morning and James was working well he processed my problem he song for other peoples problems there was 5 of us before I left he was present knowledgeable helpful and gave a hundred and 25% to each one of us on service. I would like this to be acknowledged on his personnel file for his next evaluation. Its all businesses gave service the way James did businesss would triple in profits. I hope you wont acknowledge and reward James for his outstanding service to all five of us that he helped while I was here waiting for my new phone to transfer from my old phone information.

Excellent customer service….! I went to this store very frustrated after talking with several Verzion wireless representatives, trying to activate my new iPhone 6s. It was obvious they didnt know or understand what I was saying or what they were reading on their computers. After arriving at this store I was helped by Catherine who not only listened, but wouldnt take "no" for an answer from the different Verzion people she spoke with. Her determination to get the correct answer to my issue, as she was able to get my new phone activated. Her efforts made my day….! Thank You Cat

not pleased with service..12 yr customer..Sales person was barely paying attention and when they were second guessing comments incorrectly. Yawned and looked off most of the time i was at the counter attempting to upgrade my account. It was simply so insulting i walked out because i refuse to do business with people who dont show any serious interest in doing business with me. The sales person clearly appeared to want to be somewhere else dealing with something besides the business at hand.

They set up accounts wrong, then would not help fix problem. Got the runaround: verizon said only the store could fix it, the store said only verizon can fix it. Not staffed enough. Asked to speak with a manager to see if they could resolve problem, told that no manager available. Wait times are long. Staff is sarcastic. If you want a verizon product, go to a real verizon store, like the one on Howe, not this joke of a store.

If I could choose a 0 star....that would be my choice. Devon was rude, unprofessional and was obnoxious. I would never recommend this store to my worst enemy. Also, he hung up on me when I called to clarify my receipt. This store has had many complaints after I found out it was not a corporate store. Go to the Corporate on Arden Way and see how the professionals treat customers. Stay away from this store on Watt Avenue.

Rude staff the entire staff needs to take classes on customer service and knowledge about technology. Be careful theyre interested in selling any product not solving your issues. I waited over an hour to just to get attitude for the male staff, then telling me this "I cant help you would you want to buy a phone charger today?." If you enjoy sarcasm, rude people and lack of knowledge of technology then this is your store.

DeVonn rocks! He was very patient with me on two separate days in March as we switched over a plan and recommend the tempered glass screen saver. Sure enough, I cracked it badly and he had another one on almost as soon as I walked in this morning. He is patient, knows his stuff, and we really appreciate the customer service here!

Jordan helped me when a very important document was lost when I bought a new phone at Costco.They appeared to deleat it after I told them do not delet. Jordan found it on my sd card and in my gmail account. I can not tell you how many poeple are going to be happy with this found information. He is a true hero.

I highly recommend this place!!!! I switched over from sprint and im so happpy with my decision and the customer service is amazing. if you come here you have to ask for jordan, he helped me out so much and was happy to help me. Really friendly guy and genuinly wants to help & is really funny.

Come here if you want to avoid long lines at corporate and get honest help even if you arent buying anything! They arent pushy and its a comforting location thats fun to buy a new phone or tablet! Easiest, most satisfying purchase experience Ive ever had!

One staff member was iffy (touch of sarcasm, lack of empathy, and then pushy with a sale). On the other hand, the manager was helpful, empathetic, and patient. Also, opening time on Sundays is 11 am, not 10 am as shown on a google search.

I just went to Verizon and the young man that helped me here named Jordan was fantastic he was very patient with me as I am a senior and cell phones can be somewhat daunting to me. Id recommend this place for all your cell phone needs

Came in for some help. Was assisted my Devon. He stank of marijuana. Every time he spoke it seemed to get worse and worse, I still have a head ache from it! Not promising for someone who calls themselves the asm of the store
