Great Battery, Great Price, Sales Personal,fair. I called Friday to verify that the batteries I wanted were in stock. I was told yes. I responded that Id be in on Sunday to pick them up. They were closed on Sunday. The salesperson neglected to tell me that they would be closed Sunday because of Easter. I went back Monday to get the batteries. They were in stock and I completed my on-line purchase. I brought two cores so I could avoid the core charge. I forgot to ask and the salesperson neglected to tell me that there was a rebate for these batteries. I called Tuesday to get information about the rebate. The salesperson confirmed that yes, she had the forms there at the register. Another trip, number three, to the store. When I got the form, it very clearly states that, 1, the form is available on-line, and 2, the submission if faster if done on-line. When I got home I started looking at my receipt. I had been charged for the batteries and the core charges, then tax was calculated on this total. Then I was given a second transaction to refund the core charges. Sounds good, right? Not quite. I had been charged tax on the core charge but not refunded the tax on the core refund transaction. I thought, o boy, another trip to get this straightened out.. NO. The manager looked over my transactions during a phone call and he simply refunded the tax to the credit card. BRAVO !!!! He saved the day and this review. Now you could say this was my fault. I should have known that they would be closed Easter Sunday, I should have asked for the rebate form, I should have asked if I could download the form from the internet, and I should have noticed the tax problem at the time of the sale. But I lay the blame on the salesgirl. Its her JOB to know these things. Thank goodness the manager had the common sense to complete the deal with having me make another trip to the store. Again, great battery, great price.

I had the most excellent experience at your Citrus Heights, CA store today. Let me preface my post with the fact that I ordered a battery for my 2012 Toyota Prius online and received a 10% discount. Then I left to drive my wife to work forgetting my phone at home. At 8:15 AM I arrived at my local Batteries Plus store. A very pleasant young man, Dominic, greated me and when I told him I had ordered a car battery online he asked if I was Gordon. I confirmed I was Gordon and he said he had tried to call me to inform me that the battery I purchased was not in stock nor was it in stock at any of the sister stores in the area. He presented me the alternative battery that was about $50 less expensive. I agreed to this battery and he installed it in my vehicle. The entire time we spent together switching out the batteries and putting the trunk area back together we talked about various things. Dominic was the most warm, articulate, courteous, and conscientious young man I have had the pleasure to do business with in years. Yes, literally years. Your company needs to clone this man and put at least one in every Batteries Plus store across the country because he epitomizes the perfect company representative for your business. Let Dominic know he is awesome and made my day even though I was on my way to the dentist after dealing with the car battery, Dominic put a smile on my face for a few hours, even after the Novocain wore off I was still smiling.

I made many purchases here and had a problem with several sets of high end batteries going bad within a week. Since these batteries were supposed to be the best and the price reflected that, it is obvious I had received a bad batch of these rechargeable batteries. I am a photographer and so I need to have at least 32 batteries, which at 15 bucks a set , is not cheap. Typically once I find a business that give good service, even if I can get for less on the Internet, I will be loyal because I believe in that. Unfortunately this place not only refused the exchange, they have a very snooty attitude. I thought maybe it was just me, but several people I know has said the same. I recommend checking out their large selection if you need something , but be aware of the attitudes, cost is high and return policy is dependent on who helps you, not common sense. They lost a loyal long term customer.

I bought a car battery for a car I am selling. Batteries+ had the lowest price I could find and sold it to me. I walked into the store, they brought out the battery and I paid for it. It was not exciting, the sales person was pleasant and carried the battery out to my car for me to take it home and install it. It is a nice clean store with doors and windows and things for sale. I felt no level of excitement or disappointment as all I did was buy a battery. Therefore, I gave my evaluation three stars as this was a simple, no frills purchase of "you have what I want, Ive got the money for the item and we exchanged the two".

Overwhelming amount of help. Kind of feel smothered in a way. Not that its a bad thing, i still gave 5 stars. Customer service was great, knowledgeable friendly people. They always have what you need. The location is easy access from the streets very visible. Handicapped parking and ramps. Customer restrooms only.

I have been to this store several times and the customer service has always been super helpful. Friendly staff and good prices. I ended up bringing a $100 Armani watch in that needed a new battery and for $6.99 they were able to install it for me. Highly recommend this store!

Bought a motorcycle battery online, picked up in store. When I came to pick it up I had to wait 45 minutes for battery to self charge (after adding sulfuric acid). Id give you guys 5 stars if you gave me the option to have this done by the time I got to the store.

I have stopped by a couple times to find a special battery. I didnt assume they specialized in car and watch batteries, but now I know! This hasnt panned out to be the best place to find a replacement battery for small motors.

They was rude... the curly headed guy was the main rude one, the bold one was just going along with wit him. And i still didnt buy a battery. Guess ill take my hard earn money elsewhere..
