Was lied to directly to my face about charges and fees with an upgrade. When I asked the sales clerk what I was paying for (multiple times) he just kept repeating "service fees and taxes." I could clearly see that we were not just paying for taxes on the new phone and had no idea what service fees we were paying for so I continued to ask what the other charges were and got the same response. Then when I asked if we were being charged for what he claimed were "already included" accessories, he flat out said no. Got home and called a customer service rep to help me understand what I paid for which is when I found out I had been charged for everything he claimed was included. She was able to give me an itemized list of what I paid for, why couldnt the sales clerk? All I wanted was a straightforward answer about the charges and he just kept giving me the run around. The manager didnt seem to be much help either because after hearing my complaint he tried to explain to me that the accessory (screen protector specifically) was included for the sake of the customer to prevent damage to their phone. However, they failed to mention that wed be charged for it, then lied when asked about being charged. Sales should not be about lies and manipulating the customer just so you could make a few bucks. This was not the first time this has happened to me at a Verizon store. I have no idea if they are being trained to make sales this way but Im disgusted by it. Its so dishonest and I shouldnt ever have to feel like Im being conned when Ive been a loyal customer for this long.

Came in this store in April to upgrade from a samsung 7 to the samsung 8+ and told the clerk named Gina that I didnt want to owe anything extra. She flat out lied to my face saying that I wont owe a cent and in fact, your getting a $62 credit. Also, for being such a good customer, you are getting free glass screen protectors for as long as you have this phone. I said Wow thats great. At home after reviewing the receipt closer I realized that screen protectors were $39, not free. Also, BEWARE! They do not mail your phone back to your provider so I now owe Verizon an extra $396. So not owing anythimg has turned into a $396 pain in the ass. If I took my phone straight to Verizon i wouldnt have had this problem. This store now has a new manager and when I spoke to her she gave me ray of hope and a promise to call back. After a week of no calls, i called her back and she told me that she wouldnt be able do anything. Verizon is of no help either so now Im just going to pay it off, leave Verizon, and plan on taking Go Wireless to small claims court.

I was hoping to come in to talk about phone service details but i called ahead of time and the employee on the phone was very rude and was murmuring and sounded very annoyed by my questions. Im glad i called ahead of time so i wouldnt have to experience such disrespect in person! He didnt give me any details on phone services or fees but was very rude and had a tone of voice that he did not wish to help me. I will never be coming to this Verizon store or receiving any aid after this terrible encounter.

There was merchandise on my order that I did not order or need. In addition my Verizon service was changed without being told by this store adding an extra $40.00 to my bill. I emailed a complaint to their customer service and asked to be emailed back with no reply. So the bottom line is this store is out to take your money and screw customer service. Worst experience EVER! OHHH, I couldnt post this without giving them 1 star...No stars would be more appropriate!

This store in roseville on pleasant grove and foothills blvd is BY FAR the best verizon store in town. They have the best customer service and there reps are super helpful.
