If you check out all the MetroPCS reviews on yelp in the surrounding areas (Rocklin, Roseville), you will see they are mainly 2 -2.5 stars. So of course, I was very reluctant to come here. But I had no choice bc my carrier Ptel went out of business unexpectedly and I needed to switch over fast. I came in to the store (mind you, I HATE going into stores/kiosks bc the sales reps are generally very rude and pushy), and this guy (found out later he is the owner) was real cool. He took the time to explain everything to me, and he was genuinely honest and helpful. Not sheisty, haha. I also noticed that he addressed everyone who came into the store by FIRST NAME and would greet them with a welcoming hello like old friends (who does that anyore???) , but I found out he just moved into that store in May! I even discovered he learned Spanish (he is Pakistani) so he could better communicate with his patrons.Pretty cool. This young guy really cares about his local customers and it shows. If you want good old fashioned personal customer service and attention like you are a human being and not a number, youll get it here. Support this young business owner!

First time at this metroPCS store, and after today, it definitely will not be the last! Bil (or Bilai) -the store owner- truly accommodated our needs, was extremely kind, and went above and beyond what most would do to help customers. We purchased a couple of phones today and Bil stayed in long after closing time to help us set up the phones. Before today, we tried out a couple of other well known service providers, but we certainly got a better deal with metroPCS. The coverage in Twelve Bridges is also pretty strong, which is a plus considering we usually dont get a lot of signal out here. Overall a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this location!!!

I had came earlier in the morning to get a screen replacement and my charging port was not working. He replaced both at a good price, and I was lucky enough that the owner had the parts and replaced it the same day. I received a phone call in the next two hours that my phone was ready for pick up. Both workers at the metro had amazing customer service. There was a light skinned gentleman who fixed my screen and a dark skinned gentleman who took the payment. I could not be happier with the work they did with my phone. I suggest everyone in the Roseville, Lincoln, Rockin, and even Sacramento area to come to this metro for phone repair.

He never has me running in circles for a response and I send all my friends to him if I can. Bill is the perfect example of a genuine business owner and I just cant say enough about him. Shattered the screen on my iPhone 5. This was by far the best price I was quoted for replacement and I had a new screen in twenty five minutes. Excellent customer service. Will be back for any cell phone needs. Thank you!
