5 stars for this brick and mortar store because of sales consultant Francisco Bedolla and his extensive knowledge of all products AT&T. Because of his knowledge, I was able to get an extremely fair priced an a double play package for my college daughter. Her current internet provider, Charter Communications, has been providing terrible service since March of this year. For a reason they were never able to find, their provided modems would start a rebooting cycle that was unrecoverable. In four months there were nine separate internet technician service visits with 7 different opinions as to what was causing the problem. On one of the last visits, three supervisors same at the same time and all came to the conclusion that is was a wiring problem in her building at the apartment complex. Upon leaving, one of the supervisors said that it will get fix when it gets fixed. Really? Good buy Charter Communications. The story gets deeper but this is a positive rating statement. If you need positive, expert service from a sales rep that knows all about AT&T and works well with his managers, then go see Francisco Bedolla. You will get the most services for the least amount your hard earned money. Just go and talk to Francisco and see how you feel agter telling him what you want and what can you get. Thank you Francisco. I do not work for AT&T or anyone else and this rating was given because of my experience at the AT&T brick and mortar store and Francisco.

i would give 0 star if i can. i waited 4 days for the internet installation and when i finally got it, it only worked for 2 hrs then i just couldnt get connected to the internet anymore. they simply put the wire outside the house (we didnt know about it) which got ruined by the dogs the next morning. like wtf?? i need the internet! and also some associates in the store are just mean, they refuse to answer my questions because it was my dads account. dude i just wanted to know why u guys charged extra tax!

Horrible service. Misinformation. Ive been going to this store since it opened there. It was always busy but I always got good customer service and knowledgeable associates. Not anymore. My last two dealings were sadly poor. I have one more dealing I have to do with them because of misinformation I received. Once that is done I am done with this store. Just because it is a good location does not make it a good store.

this place is quite busy they always seem to get me in with only minimal waiting . They gave door greeters that log you in on an iPad waiting list . Great selection of phones and accessories . The parking is tight and usually crowded in front of the store but there is plenty of parking in the parking lot if your willing to take a few steps .

So, wanted to switch carriers to ATT. Employee didnt really know much of anything, gave us a TON of false information (which a properly trained employee would later on clarify), and it really didnt make so much sense for us to do the switch. I would advise re-training those employees who dont know what theyre talking about!

The wait was interminable, the salesman was friendly but tended to gloss over the costs, even lowering his voice while addressing them. He quickly piled up a lot of extras as if assuming I could not possibly refuse them. Had I accepted them all the cost to me would have been way over what I had expected to pay.

They sell cellphones, home phones, tv service for uverse and Directv, internet and even my favorite the Digital Life home security and monitoring system.

Choose this AT&T retailer as your only go to for all your service & sales needs. Friendly and knowledgeable people work here. Certainly, store manager Michael runs a professional AT&T retailer location, he is engaging courteous and ready to answer your questions.

Horrible experience. Wanted to purchase just a phone case and was told have to wait in line behind 17 people on waiting list. They need to have a cashier for just immediate purchases. Left with out a case. Salesman was rude. Ill never go there again.

Never a short wait, and it shows. The staff is constantly over worked limiting the want to satisfy our needs. The phrase no dumb questions comes to mind, yet you cant help but feel the resentment of being "yet another customer".

Just like any other cable provider, at some point your billing amount doubles or triples. I did find out they have a loyalty department who really tries to work with you. Getting to it though took me hours and days.
