WORST metro pcs store ever. I have samsung s5 and i purchased insurance on it. The screen one day went totally black and so i took it to their store and they told me the couldnt do anything about it, which does not make any sense because what was the point purchasing insurance on the phone? bs metro store. poor customer service do not go there
