So far, best experience I ever had at a cell phone store. Usually it takes forever to get things done specially transferring picture and all but this place made it 10 X easier for me to transfer my services! The rep Ali, was really funny and helpful and made sure I was happy with my new service. I would recommend to go here because Ali is actually really helpful. THANK YOU ALI!

Store hours say they open at 10am, got there at 10am and waited till 10:30am and no one was there yet. Guy also waiting outside said they never open by 10, sometimes not till 11 or whenever they feel like showing up. Just ridiculous! Thinking Ill go to Metro, they are open
