Edgar was the sales associate that helped me during my visit. I went in to upgrade 2 phones. I was offered several options. One was in stock the other i had to order and delivered to my house. Edgar was very knowledgeable to my 100 questions about the phones and my plan and didnt give me half answers. If he was unsure of the answer to my question he sought after his manager. He also noticed that i was on an old plan and helped me save money by suggesting to switching plans. My visit was on a Sunday. Mid day was somewhat busy but there was enough staff to handle business. I didnt get a "Welcome to Tmobile" but Edgar was friendly and professional. Clean but they dont keep alot in stock. If youre looking for a specific phone i would just call before making a trip there.

I went to this location to exchange my defective device and the first guy to help me, Isaiah, was super great and knew exactly what he was going (5 stars to him) but then he transferred me to this very young girl who was incredibly immature. She was eating candy while helping me and didnt ask me to wipe out my phone after the exchange which is crazy concerning. I have gone through a lot with t-mobile to exchange my note 7 already so i pretty much knew the run-around. I pretty much knew more than this girl. I wish i could remember her name but I was too annoyed. Plus it took 2+ hours because she kept having to ask others to help her. I dont think id come back unless I had to.

I went in to this location to add a line and a tablet. Alessandro was the best. T-Mobile was having trouble making it happen in their system, so Alessandro made me a promise that he would make it happen. Well it took a few hours, but Alessandro made good on his promise, spent a few hours of his own time on the phone with T-Mobile. I highly recommend Alessandro to anyone looking for service, he was energetic, fun and never gave up. Definitely gained my business any time Im back in town. Thanks again

They guys are so slow, i got there at 1030am and i had 2 customer in front of me, they called my name at 1250... are u kidding me more than 2 hours just for my turn and they were not busy. They dont have the proper knowledge of the products and plans. Store manager lady do not care of you and she was listening music and running in and out of the store. Its better to go to different store...

They DO NOT HELP AT ALL. They constantly give customers the run arounds and they have no knowledge to any devices. Its the worst tmobile location. Please dont spend any time or money there.
