Worst experience ever. I went to this location after work and spent over two hours there trying to fix what an incompetent sales rep messed up. Went in there with the intention of upgrading to two iPhone 4s. Left with a headache. I told the sales rep we wanted to upgrade to two iphone 4s and would like to possibly tranfer out of our family plan onto our own if we could get them. Instead of checking when we were due for upgrades, this sales rep continued to transfer our accounts to a new account (which took over 45 minutes because he needed help). After he transfered our accounts to a new one, he says "youre not due for an upgrade for 3 months." You can buy the iphones for $600 each or buy out your contract for $200+. I said no, leave it the way it was, i rather wait for 3 months. He then says, "youre no longer on the family account since your accounts have been transferred, i cant transfer you back unless the authorizer is here in person." Then he leaves, and we had to wait in line for a new rep. Thank goodness this new rep knew what he was doing and was able to transfer our accounts back and he waived our fee...worst experience ever, wont go back to this store. The only plus to this whole thing is there is a Cold Stone store next door, get yourself some ice cream after a bad experience there.

Got our phones here a week ago because no one else had Note 5s in Stock that day apparently. The girl that helped me, Da, was wonderful. No complaints there. But today we went into the Lodi store because we are having issues a week later with BOTH phones. They were fine with switching them out but didnt have them in stock. So we called this store to see if they had them and they did, but the guy on the phone was INCREDIBLY rude and gave my Fiance the runaround about how they dont do servicing and we needed to go to the warranty center, which is not true. All we wanted to know was if they had them and that we were coming from Lodi. We asked if they could please wait until we got there to close as we were going to arrive right around 9. He told me "if you get here before we lock the doors we can see what your options are but I doubt youll make it". I said thank you thats all I was trying to ask, and he hung up on me! Absolutely unacceptable that this employee gave us the runaround and then hangs up. I wish I would have gotten his name because Id be calling corporate first thing in the morning.

Dont go this location! Worst sales people. Incompetent! All they care about is making a sale. If you come in for help you will be ignored and/or turned away. I was told to just switch to Verizon by the rep at the door. All I wanted was for someone to check and see why my signal strength was so low compared to a friend with the exact same iPhone standing right next to me. In addition, I upgraded to a Samsung phone, decided I didnt like it and returned it in about a week. The rep assurred me that my upgrade eligibility will be returned and even showed me the screen with the check mark. Today, I tried to pre-order an iPhone 5 and was told that Im not eligible for a discount. Obviously, the ATT rep lied to me or didnt do his job properly. Now, I have to go through hoops to get this fixed. This is the last time Im going to use this store.

Terrible service! Employees will say anything yo get your money and out the door. Had to retutn too many times fix so many errors on my account, and every time you leave with the promise that theyll take care of it only to find that theyve done nothing.

Long wait, impersonal staff, unable to help with anything other than the most common issues. They redirect anything that may take more than a few minutes to call their call center, which has a 20+ minute wait time most days.

This branch of AT&T is great as its workers are always there to help with anything we need. Although it can get CROWDED on the weekends, if you go during the week, you should be fine.
