The phone service sucks ass 50 or 60 plan, the Internets super slow or alot times the page wont even show up,it freezes aaalll the time.Itll also stop me from opening pages because SUPPOSEDLY I have 16 windows open which is the limit BUT I only have like two open.I make calls phone saids "call not sent -.-" I called a friend (that has metro)I could barely hear her and it was all static.I barely go out of town so this is rediculous.Ive had my phone EXACTLY twenty -seven days.The only reason I even got this piece of crap was because I was low on money but needed to make alot of business calls.This was totally a last resort.And my phone was the newest one too.Jesus blessed me with the most patience but damn; the many times Ive wanted to chuck this phone.

This is the best Metro PCS store in whole Sacramento County and San Joaquin County this Metro store has also the best customer service definitely. I have been in a lot Metro stores in this 2 countys and they have a bad customer service they make you waiste a lot time waiting to attend you.....no matter if is a principal store. Thats why I gave 5 stars to this store in Galt the best customer service from Metro Pcs.

Customer service is excellent, but phone service sometimes is not the greatest. I seldom visit the store, but when I do the service I receive is magnificent. Alex always has a smile on her face and is always happy to help.

Metro website says the local Corporate Store is open today.... But its 12:30 pm and it is very much C L O S E D. Will have to drive 10 miles to the next town and find an open store over there.....
