BEWARE OF SCAMMING MANAGER ERIC REBELO!! I went into the store at around 9:40am on Friday July 7th wanting to upgrade to a new phone for my birthday (came in on my birthday). Their was one male already taking care of another customer so I waited my turn. It took a very long time since the couple were getting two new phones set up, after an hour of waiting the manger finally comes out of the back room to help me (not sure why he made me wait an hour, when he was their the whole time). Anyways, I let him know that I wanted to upgrade to an iPhone 7 plus and that I wanted to do the monthly bill of paying it off instead of paying right away. He said okay and then proceeded to tell me about their "STARTER PACKS" and what they come with. I informed him that I didnt want any of the items in the starter pack, that I had my own items (such as a case, screen protector, etc.) He then said you HAVE to purchase a STARTER PACK, and that I could at least get the small starter pack which is $221!!! I then informed him again that I dont need any of the items in the STARTER PACK and I asked him if their was any other option. He THEN proceeded to say that their was no other option. I couldnt believe it so I kept asking if this was a new setup of theirs because I know I didnt have to do this with my other phone. He just shrugged his shoulders and said noo... I ended up leaving the store because he said their was no other option except buying the start pack when you buy the phone. I went home and I just couldnt believe that this was the actual system and so I went online to their website and I found out you didnt need to buy this start pack at all and that it was just an option they give you. I wanted to double check so I called a different Verizon store and they verified. I then wasted my gas by having to return to the store. I let the sales guy (not manager) help me out this time and I just made sure to tell them what I wanted and that my total should be this amount after they were done. The sales guy was nice and helped me out. I will NEVER be returning to this Verizon store because of this scamming guy, Eric, trying to get extra money and completely lieing to the customers face. HEAD OVER TO A DIFFERENT VERIZON STORE.

This store has nice representatives but they have no idea what they are doing. Very uninformative. they allowed me to have already paid my bill for the month then they suggested that i change my plan to something more affordable but changed my plan in the middle of the month instead of waiting til the end of the month so i had to pay a pro-rated amount. basically getting charged double. i feel i was taken advantage of and will not be returning to that store. i will only go to proper Verizon stores from now on. very disappointed.

Great customer service, I came in there with four family members and wanted to ask them if they have better service, Steve was more than happy to help us, thanks to Steve, I and my group of four left AT&T because Steve showed us how much Verizon cares for their customers. Thanks Steve.
