Disappointing. 0-2 on the most important factors - price and delivery. I went out of my way to take my phone here. After I dropped the phone off, they came back and quoted me almost 65% more than original price and so far Im on day 8 without a phone, was only supposed to be 5 days. I understand mistakes happen (price "misquote") and accepted it begrudgingly, but now with the slow delivery too Im beginning to think this is how they operate. If you cared about my service, at a minimum you would have updated me regarding the slow delivery instead of making me chase it down. And your "overflow" call handler can use some training in courtesy. I had to speak softly because Im calling from the office and her mimicking me was unnecessary, and with the vague answers, now Im pissed. The other two people I spoke to in the office were great, even with the price misquote, thats the reason for 2 stars.

It seemed alright when I first brought my iPad in, the screen worked well for about a week. (The quality of the screen wasnt the same, you can see lines going from left to right going up and down the whole screen when its locked.) after a week or so the screen started to get a glitch and the top and then the bottom of the screen cracked (I havent dropped it since Ive gotten it repaired at all, I got the home button replaced so they had to replace the whole screen) I went to take it in to get it replaced under their hundred day warranty, and they told me since the screen cracked they cant do anything about it. This was after they told me if anything goes wrong with the screen within a hundred days, they would replace it for free. They went to give me a $20 discount (so wanted me to pay $90 still) with the quality of this screen You might as well order one off amazon and replace it yourself.

My Droid Razr took a dive on a tile floor so i started asking around and looking online for a place to repair it. I called several places but just wasnt getting a good vibe, then my friend told me about these guys. I checked and their yelp reviews were pretty great so I called them and they were unbelievably nice and helpful on the phone! They do stock parts for iPhone iPod and iPad but android is a special order item. I went down to pay for the part and was shocked to see the whole place packed! I looked up and started reading the story of how this business got started (in 2008 by a 13 year old kid that just graduated from high school) Great feel good story and i love to support the local businesses. They called me the day the part came in. I dropped off my phone, picked it up the next day and incredible job! Looks factory! Highly recommend!

Originally I thought this was a wonderful place and believed the owner/operators were very trustworthy. I have been taking my iphones to this place for repair of several incidences with 3 different phones for many years. Ive begun to see a pattern that has caused me to distrust that they are as good as originally thought. Two of my phones had broken glass and one had water damage. In all three incidences they originally fixed the phone, but in all three incidences my motherboard died shortly after. These incidences happened over a long period of time, so I didnt make the connection until recently. I now dont believe their repairs are as reliable as I once thought and will not take anymore phones to them in the future. I also will stop referring to them.

Just bought my iPad a week and a half ago and broke the screen on it yesterday! :( I was so upset and thought I had to buy a whole new iPad! I told one of my friends what I had done and he said that about 7 months back he went to a store that repaired water damage on his iPhone and he thought that they might fix iPads. I was so excited i called them right away! I got the price and when in right away. The place looked pretty small, but really busy! i was surprised how many people had broken their iPhone screens! There was so much cool stuff there and they had a special for buy one case get one free. I definitely needed one ( but i got two! (: ) so i dont break my iPad again! This place was a lifesaver and i would definitely recommend them!!!

I GAVE THIS PLACE TWO STARS BASED SOLELY ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY TOLD ME MY WATER DAMAGED PHONE WAS DOA DUE TO THE MOTHERBOARD BEING FRIED. THEY EVEN OFFERED TO BUY MY DAMAGED 3GS FOR 20 BUCKS. I TOOK MY PHONE TO ONE OF THEIR COMPETITORS WHO HAD MY PHONE UP IN RUNNING IN NO TIME. I DISCOVERED ALONG WITH THEIR COMPETITOR THAT MY BATTERY WAS MISSING BUT WHEN I WENT BACK THEY WERE VERY APOLOGETIC AND THEY PROMPTLY COMPENSATED ME FOR HAVING TO BUY A NEW BATTERY AND THEY PAID ME FOR THE COST THAT I INCURRED HAVING MY PHONE REPAIRED BY ONE OF THE COMPETITORS. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT I HAVE TO QUESTION YOUR TECH SKILLS CONSIDERING YOU SAID MY PHONE WAS DOA AND YOUR COMPETITOR HAD ME UP AND RUNNING IN NO TIME.

This is my 2nd trip into this store. Apparently Im not to careful with my apple devices. I bought a brand NEW iPad and then dropped it!!!! I went back to iParts & Phone Repair after they fixed my iPhone last year and asked them to repair one of my things once again. I was very happy when I walked in, the girl behind the counter remembered me and everything!! They repaired my iPad screen, cheap and surprisingly fast too!! Customer service was fantastic! Seems like a family owned business. Everyone was so helpful and GREAT!! Hopefully I stop breaking my things, but if I dont I will definitely be back!!!!!! -Repeat Happy Customer : )

Wow I cannot believe this place fixed my iPod Touch 4 glass while I waited. I broke the glass on my ipod and thought it was done. I found this place on a google search and was glad I found a place that was local that did this kind of repair. The repair was done in under an hour and the staff was very helpful with other questions I had with jailbreaking. I highly recommend this place if you need ipod touch repair. I am glad I found this place because now I know they also fix iphones and ipads which I also have. Thanks Iparts, you guys are the best.

Please whatever you do, do not go here! They "fixed" a broken screen on my iPhone 6 and i thought everything was fine. Then the screen started to come off, literally uplifting and separating from the phone. They used a cheap aftermarket screen/adhesive and charged me $160, and when i brought it in to them to fix this issue since it caused the screen to have a dead spot, they wanted to charge me another 145 at a discounted price, when you can go to other places in the area for much less. Not sure how theyre still in business...

Came to these guys back when they first began doing phone/iPod repairs and always came to them first for all my phone repairs. Very unsatisfied with my last experience having my iPhone screen replaced. Used a screen that obviously wasnt the same quality and after a week the phone started getting weird lines at the top and bottom of screen. Didnt bring it back in quick enough so I got stuck with their bad repair and also found out I paid about double what most other places charged. Sorry but last time Ill ever be coming here.
