I bought a laminator in this store last week, but when I go back to open the box I found its EMPTY!, I went back to the sote right away ask for my laminator, the cashier girl called a man with mustache come over, hes rude with customer, rude with his co-work the cashier, then he walked away with discriminating word: " this is a expensive item!" OMG Im buying a $90 laminator. Finaly a lady come out found they put the empty display item box on the shelf and I got my full box exchange. I didnt see that man since he walked away, I was in hurry that day, otherwise I will get his name.

The gentleman who answered the phone was very short with me. I asked him about a particular printer models ink cartridge, he interrupted me before I had a chance to finish the question by saying "we dont have it". He proceeded to put me on hold for 5 minutes, another employee answered the phone who put me on hold for 5 minutes. It turned out they didnt have it. I called Staples on Colorado and Rosemead in Pasadena. They were much friendlier, and they had the product I was looking for.

The people that work here must be the rejects from every other business in the area. Either that or its a social employment agency for the lazy, rude and stupid. I really cant understand how a business like this survives. You can call a manager to help you because the employee doesnt know what they are doing, and the manager is worse!.. and angry that you made them walk over to see you! Terrible, terribel store.

The people are great, they always greet you when you come in. Theres always someone there to help you. I do a lot of printing and copying. The associates know me by name. They are very knowledgeable. They treat me really well. Many times the copy is busy and you may have to wait in a line, but the associates are extremely efficient. Many times I go out of my way to go to this location.

Stopped by to print out my resume. Maritza suggested a linen paper for it I agreed. She went to go get it from the shelf which took long enough and then she came back to ignore me and help another lady who had multiple print outs. In the background a frequent customer they knew by name came in after me and used the equipment by herself.

This place is the worst to pick up Supplies. Do not go here, this place should be shut down. Employees are clueless and management is a joke. Tried to exchange a printer I purchased from another location and they attempted to charge me for the warranty when I purchased the printer less then 24hrs before. What a joke.

Seems like Office Depot is going out of business with so many locations closing down. This is one of the few remaining locations, and because of that, nearly everything is on sale. When I was there, I only see about 3 other customers and all the staff was just kind of hanging out.

Need it now? Its fine, go here. These stores are rarely special, staff is very lightly trained, and lines are usually slow. But, if youve done your research, and need it faster than Amazon can manage, then this is your best (and sometimes only) option.

got a "new" printer for 120$ and when i opened at the office it was used and full of cat fur:(( it was a pain to get it out from inside of the printer, also all the cartridges were used almost, open the pkg before leaving the store

I called the store at 7:25 AM today, and was told by a lady that the store opened at 8 AM. The website indicates opening at 7 AM. I was wondering why the lady wasnt willing to assist me. Instead, she asked me to call after 8 AM.

My experience was nothing like those that complained of poor phone service. I call to email an order. When asked they gave me pricing and an estimate of when it would be ready. The lady was prompt and knowledgeable.

I called in to ask if they had any LCD monitors on clearance, and the service rep put me on hold to go check. 10 minutes later, Im still on hold. This is at 3:30p...hardly rush hour time in the store, Id imagine.
