Tell other why I hate this store.... yes hate is the correct term when putting 1 star. I was gonna buy a jacket and it said 29.99 Nd when I get to register I get a 60$ price tag. And I tell the cashier and cashier shuts me up quick with it says starting prices. Which on you can see no one can see the smallest font size ever. I took and pic and went back to her and shut me up again with a nope all sign has it. Really rude lady. Worst customer service. This lady needs to get a new job if she cant handle customer service. And hopefully the person with the worst attitude in this store is reading this time for you to get a different job!!! You made me not ever want to come back. And who ever is reading you have been warned.

I came in to make a simple purchase on my lunch break. The employee working at the register made it her mission to be unpleasant and rude to me as a customer. No reason whatsoever, other than she was likely having a bad day for some reason - I work with the public too, dont take it out on your customers. If the manager reading this cares to reach out to me for exact date and time of the transaction, I would be happy to share since she was the only person on the registers at that moment and it would likely benefit your team and H&M to address her behavior.

Daughter is a CSULB freshman that went to beach with BF to ride rental bikes and then stopped by this store among others. She was detained by loss prevention/theft prevention for 15 minutes for racial profiling among other things per loss prevention team. Daughter has P/T office job, bank account, credit cards and FICO score over 700. She is Hispanic. When she was released with no incident they told her that usually shoplifters were Asian, but maybe her detainment served some cosmic purpose that will benefit her in the future. WTF?

This H&M is the most unfriendly location in the country. Came in to wait for my girlfriend to pay for her items, while I waited I needed to charge my phone as it was on 2%... as soon as I plugged in my charger a rude floor lady said I cant charge my phone becuase of some policy she made up... Ive never had an issue with this in any retail store Ive ever shopped in but this one. Should worry about other things low life worker.. I wont be back.

Well this store has made me an extremely happy man. H&M is my wifes favorite store so when we heard that there was going to be one right in the heart of long beach we were both really excited. Weve been to a lot of H&M stores over the years, but this one by far the best! it is a huge store super clean and a fantastic place to get some high quality great price shopping done. And as they say, a happy wife = a happy life!

Great location. Very large store. The staff are helpful. The mens section is also very large. They have a good sized section for kids too. The elevator makes it easy especially if you have a kid in a stroller. Or simply a kid who likes to play in elevators. H&M is great brand. I get many of my clothes here without breaking the bank. The facility is new and very neat and clean.

Large, 2 story store with a lot of merchandise crammed in. Sizes are not consistent, at least not for womens clothes. Prices vary a lot, a few girls basic cotton dresses were $5 and some were $20 for a similar piece.

Its well stocked and clean. I go directly to type mens area and havent been on the second floor. Everyone that works there is very friendly. Highly recommended
