One of the worst costumer services Ive ever experienced. I dont go on the Internet and express my opinions, but this has got to change for one of my beloved dollar stores. OMG the night manager is the worst mean, non-coustomer friendly person Ive ever meet. Ive arrive almost 30 min before close to purchase balloons for a morning birthday party, but it irritated her to yell at me in Spanish and English saying that we are closed, but Ive already paid for the balloons even before theyve closed. I dont want to mention the staff that she leads...but it was more astonishing that while my husband checked out she asked "are you paying by EBT?" Please dont get me wrong cause I was raised on it and been on it, but really...is there a possibility that you dont think maybe I have $1 to pay for this!!! The question that should have been asked was..."What is your method of payment?" She literally categories ppl by how they looked! (My husband was black) Ive purchased there, she usually asked debit or credit.(Im asian) WTF.... Ive mentioned this to the day manager thats great...!!! Im really disappointed!

Clean especially for the location. No bathroom because people gross it up too much. (Go next door at McDonalds.) They let you bring caged pets in.
