Id rather shop at the 99¢ store I tried applying here for my senior 2013 because they have a sign at their door that says now hiring so why not? the next day I gave the cashier my job application and from the looks of it she didnt even take my application to the manager (as it seem like she clearly threw in the trash or w.e) this store is odd because you can never find a helpful trustworthy person or a godamn manager here . Ive been to this store a few times its always dead empty and they dont have alot of customers like the 99¢ store and the employees seem misserable or have problems.The worst thing is they had that now hiring sign for years and yet the same crappy people work there and Overall they look like a thrift shop that sell things no one wants to buy I aint setting foot here again.

I live in Highland Park and I shop at Dollar Tree all the time, Ive not had a problem until yesterday as I asked to use the bathroom. I understand it is locked and they have a reason why? but when a customer needs to use it, I dont see the reason why they get bothered to have to go and open for you. First of all the bathroom is SO horribly DIRTY! the main Manager by the name of Vanessa had such a NASTY attitude when she opened the door for me, It really bothers me and I hope someone brings this up to her attention. I am surprised she is a manager because she really has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!

This dollar tree is usually low in stock, parking is available behind the store, but no access from there, you have to walk around the buikding and pass two other stores before reaching the entrance, but there is metered street oarking out front if you are lucky enough to get a space. Also, as with most Dollar Trees, lines are long and not enough staff to help the crowds.

Yup, its a Dollar Tree! I think they replaced their floors not too long ago, because something seems, new, sassy, and different recently! Seriously though, the staff is always helpful and nice and the selection of items is good. They started putting a $1 fee on your card if you want cash back though, so -1 star for that!
