HORRIBLE customer service especially from Maribel the short platinum blonde hair. She is VERY rude and lacks knowledge. She never smiles and her excuse is " Im not from the area ". YOU NEED to train your employees about the street parking situation and/or offer a validation. I recently switched to At&t from T-Mobile and the in store customer service is extraordinary from night and day, with T-Mobile being the best hands down. Ill NEVER go back to this place nor recommend it. And good luck getting a phone call answer , they just let the phone ring. I had to call the store 3 times before i got an answer.

Why is it that Verizon is buzzing across the street yet nobody is in the AT&T store? Its because Patricia and Tito will tell you why youre so lucky to enjoy the privilege of financing a phone they dont even keep in stock. They told me I was eligible for an upgrade, and by upgrade they mean interest free financing. I dont need a 2 year loan for a new phone, thanks. There is no longer any incentive to stay an AT&T customer, as theyve done away with the 2 year plans with eligible upgrades and the exact same plan at Verizon across the street is $24 cheaper.

MY EXPERIENCE HERE WAS GREAT !!! Tito and Jessica are a big help and very very nice !!!! They got AT&T to lower my bill to what it originally was supposed to be! Jessica didnt let me leave until she did what she said she was going to do and because of her AT&T granted me an extra gb as a sorry gift. Her and Tito are a great great help and I will always come to them if I have a problem!!!! Definitely recommend coming here!!! Thanks again guys ! Much love ----jack--- :)

This is the only ATT&T retail store I will ever go to from now on! The service and knowledge of the staff at this new location were superb. While Kathy efficiently helped me with the purchase of a new iPhone 6s and all that was related to converting to a new phone, others readily helped my husband on a variety of technical questions, all done with a smile. It was a pleasant experience unlike past experiences at other AT&T stores. Highly recommended.

This place was great from the moment me and my boyfriend walked in. We were currently with verizon,but they service was horrible. We were greeted by Karla we explained we were interested in switching she explained all of our options and went over every last detail. She answered all of our questions.karla is great one of the most helpful reps I have dealt with

I stopped by to check the new Iphone 7. he told me there is a good promotion to upgrade from 2GB to 3GB per month. I dont really need more data. But he never mention anything about cost, which makes me feel its free. I have to cancel the service after receiving the monthly bill. Hopefully just me being stupid.

Ciara, a higly competent ATT representitive fixed an iphone that the incompetent people in ATT La Canada store did not configure properly. She gave us a new sim and changed a few settings and the phone is super now.
