Charged me $50 to come to inspect my new $800 wine cooler, which wasnt working. They said they needed time to check it properly and that theyll need to take it to the shop to run the appropriate tests and then theyll give me a call, that they needed at least a month to make sure that itll work fine and so on.. I never received a call, when i tried to call them they would not answer. Today i finally decided to go in person and now they tell me that since months have gone by they threw it away. I am very upset, im talking about a brand new wine cooler for 80 bottles worth $1000 or more. Which they clearly fixed and sold.. BEWARE !

These guys showed up right on time, are efficient and friendly, and didnt break the bank. Alejandro came by 6 months ago to take a look at our loud dryer. He fixed it within 20 minutes and only the charged me for the estimate. Manny, the owner, came by yesterday to fix our malfunctioning fridge (wasnt cooling). He fixed the problem within 30 minutes and only charged me for labor and parts. Hopefully, we dont have any more malfunctioning appliances in the future, but if we do, we are definitely calling Appliance Warehouse.

These guys got some negative press but I went to see them anyway and Im so glad that I did. Manny and his staff were very helpful in selecting an appliance that would work best for what I needed. I not only got a great price but a four month warranty and delivery came with my purchase as well. Thanks guys! Your great customer service made my day.

Weve bought several appliances over the years (refrigerators, washers/dryers, upright freezer, microwave,, etc). Whenever we need a new appliance we always stop there first to see what theyve got. Weve gotten some amazing deals! Theyre consistently reliable.
