Dave, I have spoken to you already tonight. Like I mentioned, I approached Robert (older white guy with glasses and trucker or baseball cap, facial hair) and asked if he could help regarding the toilet seats. He shouldve been honest and said no and got someone else. I was not even able to ask my question. All I was able to say was that I have a question regarding the toilet seat. He went on about how theres toilet seats for round bowls and elongated bowls. Yap yap yapping away as I wait to ask my question. So instead of asking me, he walks over to the toilet bowls and explains again by showing me the difference between the round and elongated bowl. Really? Do I look that stupid that I need it explained twice? You should ask older Robert what my question was. I bet he doesnt know. Why? He never bothered to ask! Therefore, he never really wanted to help! He kept yammering but the way he was treating me was condescending. I even said Please dont talk to me like that in front of everyone. I felt like I was at the car dealership all over again. Luckily Vega passed by and heard me. Vega was super nice and super helpful. I was able to comfortably ask questions. While I was waiting in line, a different younger Robert talked to me about the toilet seat because I guess he overheard me. If I come back, I will only do so if the price is cheaper than other competitors. Otherwise, Im taking my kitchen and bathroom renovation to a competitor. I had just spoken to someone in Home Depot about getting an electrician. If Home Depot gets a cut, Im looking elsewhere. Someone should let Robert know that in this day and age of social media, you could at least be fake nice to me, after all, youre in customer service. You want to be a dick, go be a TSA agent. You dont ever need to be nice there. Why cant humans just be nice to another human being?! Im local too!

Waited 30 minutes to find out about an closet door installation. Finally, I just called Lowes and ordered it there. Ive had several issues over the years with this Home Depot. Attempted to have them do my carpeting- Problem! Attempted to buy my washer and dryer here- Problem! Attempted to buy all of my kitchen appliances- Problem! They over promise and under deliver! Its located confidently by my home, but I would rather travel than deal with this foolishness!

For a home depot near the house I can enjoy shopping for house hold products without being annoyed by workers with good customer service. I only speak on the evening shift workers. Ask and they shall speak a few words. You must be knowledgeable about what your there to buy. The workers are good for telling you what Isle the product you seek. Some with little knowledge but most are dump trucks and with half ounce of respect. Fair enough.

During my visit in Hercules Home Depot I noticed an impressive increase in employees . I was able to ask my question quickly without wandering around looking for someone, which is a wonderful improvement. I had a question about how to use a certain tool and product. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and very courteous. I wish I had gotten his name. Hercules Home Depot is very pleasant and I feel very comfortable shopping there!

Really nice staff at this location! They donate some wood and even cut it for us, for our daughters Kindergarten class! They like to help the community! We learned about the Kids Workshops offered every month, and our daughter has been taken part on them, and did some cool kids staff. It is really nice how they keep the flowing of five kids at the time so even when the line is long they keep moving it fast! And it is worth the wait!

Great to have in town. Once went 15 times in one day after buying my house. I get most of my pool supplies here too, though they switched to a new brand of shock that is way too powdery and just blows up into your face instead of going into the pool so now I get that off of amazon. I think the new pool shock is called HDX or something like that, its in an orange and white bag and it sucks.

I love this place as its the closest to my house. Good managers. One star less because a lot of employees in Home Depot dont have proper info about the products sold at Home Depot (I understand that there are 10000s of products but still they should have the general info). Suggestion - the employees should have tags stating what department they belong too.

Retail stores are closing everywhere. Hey retail stores! Want to stay open? Make sure you have the stuff I want to buy on your shelves. Otherwise, Ill have to buy it off the internet where its always available!

Stocked well, staff are helpful but hard to find, garden area slightly better than most I have been, and parking is nice and spaces are wide / allow easy loading.
