Nice sales people but there systems and staffing are REALLY bad. So I say it is very poor management. I spent 5 hours. Yes, 5 hours in the store to make a return and a purchase. I knew what I wanted to so I spend about 15 minutes confirming the item to purchase and the rest dealing with the staff who were trying to work through their purchasing system. OMG you need new systems - it is the modern tech age people, you have more options than the 1980s system you have today. You are also very understaffed int the sales departments. People have to wait 20-40 minutes just to talk to a sales rep. God forbid you try to call on the phone. On hold for 35 minutes - really!! The guy in the story said "please dont try to call just send an email." I want to go back because I like the store and people but just dont know if I can deal with it.

They do not answer their phone. I have to go to the store to get any attention. I had a big order and it was delayed in delivery (parts of it). I am the one who has to call. I still have not gotten the last piece to the order
