This place is horrible. My landlord has used them to replace our aging washer/dryer set and the model they gave us straight up didnt work. We also had to wait for them to give us the lint trap, which took another day and a half for installation. The dial would spin and spin and spin and never stop the cycle. We called and they were gracious and replaced that one again, claiming they had made sure the replacement would work. And it did...for about a month. Then it would spin and spin again and never stop, but only once and a while. Sometimes it would work and sometimes it wouldnt work. We were so frustrated with the whole process of getting replaced yet again that we hoped that the problem would resolve (since the it would only glitch once and a while). Well, it didnt. So we called again about 3 weeks later when it was obvious that the washer just wasnt going to work. They yelled at us for not calling when we first noticed the problem. They tried to make it seem like it was our fault for not telling them in time. Up to that point I was a bit annoyed with them, but since theyre used appliances, there is a certain amount of margin of error I was prepared to deal with. What I was NOT prepared to deal with is how rude the man was on the phone. Just excuses about why it was my fault and how I should have called them sooner. Absolutely no accountability for 2 washers IN A ROW that did not work. Its not my fault that you have to replace these washers again and again. If they worked in the first place, you wouldnt have to replace them! So now were waiting for our 3rd replacement. Theyve also said "that they will not replace this one" even if it has problems. Ok...so basically theyll give us a bunch of defective washers, and then get mad when we ask for replacements. If this next washer works, Ill update my review, but for now...UGH!

I recent moved to lathrop, I had bought a washer dryer set for my home. Yesterday the washer leaked, so I called them and they came out all the way to the valley and replaced and cleaned everything at no charge. Thats pretty good customer service.

Absolutely horrible products. Fridge has broken 3 times since we bought it 6 months ago. When they hooked up the dryer they left the house with it leaking gas and didnt tell anyone. Dont ever buy from this place, they sell crap!

I got a dryer there over 2 years ago. I just came today to get a washer. Great place if you are on a budget and nice people. They install and hail away for free too.
