Well, this is the third time I have had to deal with The Appliance Store, and for me, it is the cake topper. Had (past tense note) a Bosch Dishwasher that had issues, and a home warranty with First American Home Warranty, a whole separate 1-star review that could be called barely fix as cheaply as possible". But, back to the dishwasher. First trip out many moons ago resulted in a repair that lasted one day. Well, not even. But, we just hand washed dishes and let it sit forever. Finally, wife said, just fix it. Went through two more rounds of botched fixes, called again and this time hung around for repair. The old guy crawled around and made comments like I have never seen anything like this" which prompted me to say "then if it costs more to fix than replace, call it a loss." And they did. I went out and bought a new machine, having just enough from the Home Warranty to buy a scratch and dent refurbished machine. But, The Appliance Store called and said "Hey, we actually have a need for some parts from that machine for another client, can we have it?" Being recycling type I said, Sure, just uninstall it and take away". The old guy said "Oh, the boss wont like that if I have to spend the six minutes uninstalling it" So I said, OK, heres the deal. I will take it out, you can come pick it up and take it away for all the parts you want. It will be at base of driveway." To which he says, not thank you, but, "um, well I will see when I can get there. Fast forward two days, I come out to find a disassembled dishwasher strewn across the driveway, left there. So apparently my driveway is now The Appliance Stores new parts, assembly and trash facility. GUYS..THAT IS AS LAZY AND RUDE AS CAN BE. On a side note, my experiences with you and German appliances has been "schrecklich" (you can google it). I don;t think you all have a clue. You have been batting zero on Bosch and took three tries to fix my subzero. So, if you have a choice, DO NOT USE THE APPLIANCE STORE. You have been warned.

This company has the worst customer service. The woman who does the scheduling is not helpful and does not facilitate any help to get questions answered in a timely manner. She comes across as rude and it appears she does not understand the policies or guarantees on their work or the products they install. The technician Doug has always been nice and helpful but as a whole this companys wheels are falling off in my opinion and they need to revamp their customer service especially considering how expensive they are. I could go into further details about my experience but the whole situation has already wasted to much of my time and money. I will no longer be using this company for any of our properties and I suggest you dont as well.

I called office 3 times within the same hour and there was no one there to answer the phones. Business must be great that you cannot have someone in the office or afford an answering machine. Im moving on!!
