Im sure glad I didnt read the prior reviews first because I probably would not have called there service center, however I did and I am so happy I did! Their service office manager, Crystal, was very knowledgable and attentive. She was not able to schedule me the quickest appointment but was very willing to work with my schedule. Their Tech called me to let me know he was on his way which is a pleasant courtesy. He arrived did the job needed in a reasonable amount of time and the cost wasnt outragious. In fact I was only charged for the $75 service fee and $40 for the half hour it took him for the repair. Most repair centers charge a full hour labor regardless of how long their there and try to push more services that arent needed. I am so happy now that I have dependable and affordable service center. THANKS, ALLSTAR!!!

These people are completely screwed up. I scheduled an appt via KitchenAid, which they claim was canceled and mysteriously reinstated. Their appointment scheduler, "Crystal," says that she is the top ranking employee and they will not divulge the owners name nor any way to contact management. Do yourself a favor & go to a more reputable repair firm (or at very least see if their reservation clerk, Crystal, has been terminated)!

Wrote a check for $155 for the tech at my house for 10 minutes and the appliance STILL NOT fixed. There should be some policy if its not fixable they only charge for the $75 service call. But to charge to come out plus an hour to tell me I have a raised foundation and therefore my washer will forever chase me down the hallway is unacceptable.
