I called Kens for a part to fix my dryer, the lady said she had it in stock. I asked her to hold on to it for me I would be right down to get it. The lady told me she would be leaving in an hour, I got there about 25-30 mins later and the office was closed! Very disappointed, wont come back.

I highly recommend kens appliance, they are very honest and very nice people and if they cant fix it for some reason they do their best to try in help you figure something out, doug has been to my house multiple times for different things very satisfied, so glad i found them!!
