came here a few weeks ago to research refrigerators that were eligible for the cash for appliances rebates. Price was competitive and, more importantly, when I called yesterday to place my order I was able to talk to a sales associate right away (another larger franchise place with a slightly lower posted price put me on hold several times and didnt call back when I left message). Refrigerator was delivered this morning, within the time window the associate promised, the delivery person was courteous and competent (even reversed the door swing on the refrigerator so that the opening would be adjacent to the counter) and all the rebate paperwork was ready.

This is by far the best appliance repair business Ive done business with. I had a problem with another appliance company not being able to figure out what was wrong with my oven. The owner Peter and his technician Steve came to our home and immediately identified the problem. After retaining the parts they returned and repaired the oven in no time. Not only did they do a great job they were very fair with their costs.
